Honestly I felt this in my hips and sacral area. I've been carrying a lot of pain in these areas and I think they're related to how much I feel I'm worth. These same though hinder my abilities to manifest and I can feel it slipping away with you reiki.

I agree. I also don't feel anything besides the fact that I have opportunity to relax and enjoy for the time being but later on or almost immediately I can see results. On the other hand my mother, which is master in reiki, said she can always feel the energy from these videos which is why she recommended Lourdes's videos to me :)
