I love them!🥰🥰 I have a question as a practitioner: in a reiki session is there a difference if we start from the root chacra to the crown chacra or the opposite? I was told to start on the top. When shall we do one or the other? Or there is no difference? many thanks 🙏
Both are just fine. Follow you intuition and the energy of you can feel that. But if not, there’s nothing bad about either direction. Reiki will still deliver what is best. And thanks! 💐

I have the phone right by me but am doing something else and it feels like I am still receiving but I wonder if we receive more when laying down and resting? Can we even receive when watching TV at the same time? Thank you for your help in understanding ❤❤❤
Yes, your intention to receive is powerful and you may do other things however your awareness of sensations and level of relaxation may be not as obvious if you are distracted. It’s simply a matter of your state of mind which does not hinder the Reiki, only your perception of it. Hope that helps.
