It is very easy if you have a desktop, you just press on your mouse on the right side , and the loop and various other things would come up, you just tick the loop and the video would be playing for a very long time. I mute the videos, and go off to sleep, by programming my subconscious mind to receive all the healing.
I happily let go. Things happen the way they do so that you don’t have to feel guilty or obligated to be a certain way to people who don’t appreciate you. You don’t have to be mean, you just be yourself, and those who will love and appreciate you, will eventually come, and those who don’t, will then be shown what it looks like for the people they neglected, mistreated, etc.. to be appreciated by people who value and respect you fr. ❤😊 🔁
