What happened during this session is incredible. I put on my headphones, I said that I receive your healing energy and that I want to free myself from any relationship that is not beneficial for me. I didn't think of anything. I closed my eyes and fell into a light state of meditation. I started having muscle cramps and all kinds of visions appeared to me. But at the end of the session I fell asleep (but not deeply, I could still hear the breathing of my dog who was sitting next to me in bed) I had a kind of dream in which I was in a car and to my right I saw a woman approaching and I said "wow...How does this lady look like my grandmother", the woman came closer and closer to me and I realized that, in fact, it was my grandmother, looking directly into my eyes, I saw her face so clearly, so big, right in front of me. I was scared and immediately I woke up with a feeling of liberation and happiness and I said "That's it". The idea is that my grandmother, with whom I lived until 5 years ago, is a woman who always controlled me, my life, my money, my relationships, she made me afraid to speak, to impose my wishes, she told me im not good enough, im too weak, too sensitive etc. She was effectively the one who dictated my life, in a bad way, only in bad ways, suppressing my self-confidence and authenticity and dragging me into misery until I developed CPTSD, anxiety, phobias, recurring nightmares, nervous system disordered. When I woke up, I told her, thinking "I forgive you and release you". I love her, she's my grandmother, but she has a narcissistic disorder and has continuously influenced me for 28 years, until this moment. I am happy and liberated! Thank you for everything you do!❤

Maybe you have a similar story of mine so I will share my download : there is people who have the ability to manage energy, and other who lost this power during their childhood, they have a beautiful bright energy but they don’t know how to manage it. So the first people who know how to manage energy will take away from people who don’t know how to manage, by attracting enrgies to them for they how interest. It can be someone who shine a lot by the ego way attract attention of people and like that they take the energy of others, you don’t feel what happen in the energetic dimension but you feel a lack of energy, you don’t have the life you’re supposed to live ect. What happen in the energetic dimension is those “vampires” attract your energy and nurrish themselves with.
What you have to do is : stop addictions, get you MENTAL power back by practicing sport, cold showers, manage your thoughts to manage emotions, anything who will help you to focus on yourself and manage your energy. Mental is the key with focus on yourself and your life exclusively. Don’t compare, don’t watch others, don’t argue just act for your life and yourself. With determination and joy in your heart.
And don’t worry about those people they will taste their own medicine some day. But cut the cords and act for yourself.

Ths is my favourite of them all. I have used this 2-3 times every night before i go to sleep or/and once a day - like i sis now at lunchtime. . and i bring my dog with me.. She LOVES this healing.. I visualize that we go to a special place and clean ourselves under a waterfall while cords being cut - and that we go to a small pond and play around in the water.. EVERY TIME we start playing her legs starts off.. she runs in her "sleep".. espec. when i visualize that we have a ball that shifts colours and are glowing... a ball that are healthy for her to play with..giving out healing ande light. When i throw that to her and start chasing her - her legs go like crayzy.. lol....i am having a hard time keeping the vison up because it makes me want to laugh.. she has actuaøy changed to a much calmer and happier dog after doing this meditation and cord cutting with you.. We used to have a lot of conflicts . This is a tough working breed used by military with a lot of energ but also supersensitive and very spiritual. ..so i almost gave up - but i am not kidding - after using this exact video for almost a week now SO much has changed.. so THANK YOU SO MUCH

Heal your codependency and you will actively REPELL those types from you. They go after those with weak boundaries.
I call any and all energy being taken from me without my consent back, and release any energies being pushed into me, I cut any and all cords that are either taking my energy from me or pushing their energy into me with a flaming sword, I remove the last bits of the cord and heal up the hole so that they cannot reconnect

Thank you so much for posting this video. I'm using it every single day to get rid of all the energies that are not mine. And right now it helps me to deal with the burning anger inside of me.
