My mum told me today that my room had stagnant energy. Which makes sense now that she said it because I’ve been feeling unmotivated, fatigued and trapped. Trapped in the past, trapped in my own house and emotionally trapped.
She told me that the reason why is probably because of all the antiques/ charity shop clothing I have in my room which wouldn’t be a problem if I blessed them or at least kept the door open most of the time so that the rest of the energy in the house fizzles it out. But I haven’t been doing that hence the vibes.

Just being the mother I want working with my kids on affirmations and breathing techniques for anxiety. We live in an anxiety driven world but I will not let that take my happy away allow this to make you better stronger. Thank you for this. I had a magical New Year's day. I connected with 2 old, good friends both of whom I hadn't seen for over 1p years, due to proximity challenges. Both live abroad. Meeting them again was beautiful. And affirming. We caught up seamlessly, and it felt as if we last met a day ago. Make new friends but keep the old - precious stones.
