    Noticed you have new track pads- where did you find the best place to purchase? Thanks!

    Know the steering clutch valve works off the main clutch oil on a d20. If it’s the same check the oil level and oil screen on the bell housing they are known to get plugged and lose steering.

      I did. no know that . I will Check it today !! Brother I appreciate any ideas because I have done everything including new steering clutches. I do think it’s the hydraulic pressure causing issues. I will let you know if that helps

      Hope it helps. I think my d20 calls for 10w in the main clutch case, which runs the steering clutches. Let me know what u come up with.

      @@jamesgray2435 brother mine was really low !!! I Thought everything ran off the big hydraulic tank . Lol !! Well it turns now, but you gotta pull hard. I think now it’s out of adjustment, all my linkage arms.

    My owners manual says. Tighten adjustment nut to a clamping torque of 5 kg.m so that the liner comes into Tight contact with the drum. Make sure lining is in close contact by stepping on pedal. Unsure adjustment nut one turn. 5 kg.m = 36 ft/lbs let me know if this works for you.

      If that doesn't work. Your couches are not disengaging. Good luck. Hope this helps.

      Yes my filter was clogged in my transmission, check your transmission fluid levels, and check your brake adjustment nuts. Mine works great now !

    Did you get her working?
    Mine wouldnt turn on one side hardly, ended up putting new beefed up springs on the steering clutches and she turns like a newone

      @cameronbell699 Год назад

      Man it looks like the brake isnt releasing all the way like mine was doing, get you about a inch or so shorter/beefy'r springs and see whatchu get

      I'd replace all them springs my guy they're definitely worn

      Well I got it going but it’s still hard to turn. You got to pull hard on the levers to turn it. I’m going to try to adjust everything this weekend, I bleed all the air out of my hydraulic system. It may be the springs !! I never tested the strength of them. I know it’s pissing me off. !! Lol

      @cameronbell699 Год назад +1

      @@TheOutdoorLivingChannel yessir you mine as well man, I'd replace everyone one it with beefy'r stronger ones, I even added a extra one that I hooked in from behind the clutch pedal cleavis straight back to a bracket I could hook it to and it helped out a bunch to assure they dont stick and the pedal releases all the way, these machines are known for this issue man and grease the slides and channels where it slides back and fourth on the steering clutch bracket thing to they're very temperamental. I was having the same issue, I was getting the smallest little turns and wouldnt turn worth a lick, brakes wernt fully releasing cause springs wernt strong enough anymore

    Your adjustment specs are incorrect. I worked for Binder Machinery for ten years. Check your band adjuster specs.

    • @TheOutdoorLivingChannel
      @TheOutdoorLivingChannel  Год назад +2

      You cannot adjust the bands in this bulldozer. It uses big springs in the clutch pack that holds them tight. No way to adjust them . Also it’s turning now. It was a hydraulic problem
