- “ARRRGGGGHHH! Haylp! No! I can’t stand it! I’m seeing Dizzys before my eyes! Yibble! Yibble!!” - editor of the January 1990 issue of Crash magazine
In the future, I promise to stay focused strictly on the Famicom, not the NES. Well, except when I don’t. But mostly I will!

CORRECTION: As a commenter below noticed, I seem to have made an error in the video. I state that there are multiple items the player can use to pay the troll guard outside of Keldor. I probably confused later remakes of Fantastic Dizzy for the original, as in this NES version I don't think there is any item except the bag of coins that the troll accepts (without, say, hacking the game or something).
i imagine the yolk folk are somewhat like axolotls, not developing beyond the egg stage of their lifecycle
Eggcellent stuff.
Many thanks for the shout out too. ^_^
Hey look, its a giant talking egg!
Thanks for the review, really appreciated. Good work!
I like how he rolls (:
Huh, I've never seen the Snappy Weed come back to life before. I'll have to look into when that happens, along with something I've seen in a few others' playthroughs where one of the stars respawns after collecting the final star.
Now I also need to find out what other items the troll guard will accept!
I could have sworn you could give the troll another item, but I'm realizing now I might be mistaken
@@mackerelphones I know the Genesis, Amiga, and PC versions put in a second bag of gold coins to provide another way out of the city since they removed the river mini-game. Could that be what you were thinking of?
@@BagOfMagicFood Very likely. So many dang versions of this game
This is a... hmm. This sure is a lore. Did they ever say why the evil wizard wants the cute athletic yolk gf
If they made the yolkfolk be cute race of animal people i imagine this series wouldve had a much more robust fan community. Sure this attention would come for a *price* but...
My guess is the evil birds carried Daisy to the sky castle like a cat leaves a dead mouse on the door mat, and Zaks was like, "Okay, I'll lock you up, I hate your kind anyway"
Please play Shantae and the Seven Sirens
I plan to! Eventually
@@mackerelphones thanks
