Thanks for this tip Alli. This works and doesn't seem to be too hard on my system. VR Denoise didn't make the footage look too processed.

Median (Legacy) has been removed from the Noise & Grain folder, but currently is still available in the Obsolete folder.

The VR effects do not work i constantly get the message this app require GPU accelaration any idea please how to make it work
Try updating premiere, if not, it might be a limitation based on your computer, unfortunately
I honestly dont get it. My version of premier pro is not like this at all. There is no effects tab and I cant search for effects to smooth out the video. Someone please help.
There has been an effects tab in every release of Premiere. It's most likely hidden somewhere. Try going to the top of Premiere where it says Windows, and then see if the Effects option is there to open.

om using neat & red giant denoiser iii both are make encoding dramaticly sloooow..
i'm using Legion 5 Ryzen 74800H with 32GB RAM & 1650 Ti it's still freakin slow.
any advice?
Both of those plugins are very process heavy, so unfortunately, until they update them to be able to fully take advantage of a computer's processor and graphics card, they will remain to be slow.

It said in my preview window that I need gpu acceleration, if i render it anyways, will it still show that message in the video file as well??
I'm not 100% on that sorry, maybe try a short export and see what happens?
