Love mine….so quick on a waxed or ceramic coated vehicle. The charger is a trip….sounds like a jet idling when charging. Tornador and this blower really improved my speed and efficiency of keeping my home fleet clean.
I bought one this spring with the extra battery sale, much less expensive than the car specific blowers & performs better, the big advantage is getting the water out of all of the cracks and crevaces you chase forever hand drying, i do follow up wth a towell and detailer or rinseless wash & i mostly use a 2.5 battery for better ballance but the smaller battery doesn't last long on turbo ! .
Are there micro water droplets left behind that wont get blown off? have a feeling if you use a leaf blower to dry your whole car your almost gonna need to towel dry the whole thing because of that..debating whether i want to go down that route..taking a small gauntlet and drying some spots isnt a big deal but doing the whole car over with a drying towel would defeat the purpose for me.
Couple things, they make a fast charger that comes with the lawnmowers, if you want to go all in on Ego. Also, if you purchase the gutter cleaning kit attachment for the blower it comes with a stubby nozzle that is the perfect length for drying your car.
Just some constructive critisism. I'd stop using Cinematic Mode on your iPhone or smart phone you're using to record this. The fake bokeh it's adding is kind of jarring and distracting. At times half of your face or the subject have fake focus on it when it shouldn't.
@@AutoHeadz I’d say use cinematic mode on close ups of a product or a scene with a solo subject. When it’s a wide shot with you and the product or subject in it the phone has a hard time calculating the fake bokeh correctly. This makes your face be in focus sometimes but there’s a hard bokeh line on your ears which is not natural and kind of distracting. I’d also suggest never going below f2.8 with the fake bokeh too, anything below that is almost unnatural as most lenses in real life cannot go below F2.8. Very few can reach something F1.8. Just some insight I wanted to share

I appreciate it. It’s always a trade off for me. I like that the focus stays on the product but sometimes forget to go back and bring the bokeh down.

Frankly. Anything above the ego 580 is plenty for car use. They destroy much more expensive Milwaukee, DeWalt, etc….
