- This is the fourth episode of our new series PORTUGAL UNTAPPED where me and Ebay pete will be exploring the lesser known golf courses around the Lisbon area the first of these courses is Troia!

Unwind in this 6-hectar, 18-hole and par 72 golf course alongside the beach with a dazzling view of the Arrábida Mountain. EBay is the sort of bloke that if you turn up to the monthly medal to be told you are playing with him, it just makes your day. You know you are going to enjoy your round and have a laugh with a good club player. Such a gent.

Love Portugal, played Quinta do Lago a few years ago 3 days before the Portugese womens open, best prepared
course i have ever played the fairways were like greens and the greens were like putting on glass, absolutely superb, you and Ebay are like a comedy double act

Tough course. Narrow fairways and small greens, scored more points than I certainly would. Great series watching two mates play golf as it should be played- with plenty of smiles and lots of laughter. Liam get us a giveaway!

That looks one difficult golf course. I'd have been in all sorts of trouble, but play there for the scenery and I love a bit of scenery me.

I keep forgetting to comment about the trip but I genuinely don't mind. The content is worth it and it's great to watch. Whether it's Scotland, Greece, Portugal, or Spain you lot always seem to find the best of it... Even if Ebay brings the British weather with him!

You always say 'Real golf', and I couldn't agree more. One week chipping and putting is on point, driving and irons shaky at best. Following week driving like a pro then can't hit a green with a 9 iron. Imagine if one day Liam puts it all together?

Thank you Liam! It will certainly be more golf there. The restaurant there is very good as well. The best pasta! But next time, stay in Setubal. Lots of good restaurants and small local hotels. Travel is more than golf. But you english are funny! Look at football instead of visiting the local. I don´t understand you at all! But I like you very much! Swing stone hard!

Technically you should have shot first on the 3rd hole because the honour system is based off of gross scores and not net scores. Just a bit of random golf nonsense I happen to know hahaha great video 😁

I nearly didn't watch this one as your game has suffered so much , even on great courses. Wasnt to excited about watching a round of dbl bogies but , here I am .
No point asking you to take a couple practice swings before hitting the ball .

I play the same, ⛳when the course is difficult I try too hard and all my shots go somewhere else.
I enjoyed the way you kept your humour when things went drastically wrong.
