Love the long format. As someone who is recently discovering that they might be autistic your content has been so so helpful and insightful. Thank you for sharing content like this.

Yes yes yes. Just talk. This was great! I’m not a short form watcher though, for any data points you’ll be tracking. This is just so relatable and on point. This is information you can’t get by googling. You will literally save me months or years of time by hearing how you’ve dealt with delegating so far. Thank you for sharing!

if it’s not too much work for you, you making more of these *long form vlogs* would be so nice!😊 you talk so clearly and make it *easy* for me to *listen* to you. also, i relate so much with the *control* thing!

This reminds me of a job in a creative field I once had. My boss wanted to have control over all the projects I worked on and had specific expectations while never communicating them to me. As an autistic person, having to figure it out thru trial and error and try to read their mind all the time was not easy lol

Yesss!! I’m a AuDHD business owner too and relate to the idea of delegating things that are one off projects or that can be automated so that it doesn’t require a lot of input over time.

Me too. I keep taking jobs, part-time jobs and I end up quitting them after a couple of days. I'm sick of being poor. But, the stress and the bandwidth required is too much for me. I just want to write. But, there's no money in that.

Ellie,, I am desperately stalking your amazing content in hope you have an answer for a noob on the unmasking journey. How long does the physical & mental burnout last & how do you start moving forward without questioning everything to see if you are masking 😷 😊

Love this video, as I struggle with a 9-5 and trying to build a personal brand with my platform. Delegation is key and finding the right who! Also I would love if you came on my podcast 🎉
