I noticed that you put both heath and pain as some of your stresses. Having multiple chronic illnesses, this is so relatable to me and many others like us. I don’t know if you feel comfortable talking about your health journey, but it is so healing to see and hear others who are dealing with similar stresses as you and using arts and crafts to bring some light into our world. I just want you to know I see you, I hear you, and you are STRONG. Thank you for always bringing true life emotions into your gorgeous art. You are a light, even if you are feeling alone in the dark ✨✨✨✨✨✨
This comment means the world to me. 🥹 Yes, I’m dealing with multiple health issues, and on top of that, I often suffer from migraines. It’s one of the reasons it takes me so long to make videos. The dark times aren't as frightening because they help me appreciate the moments when I feel well and like I’m in the light. I’ll share more in future videos as I get more comfortable. I truly appreciate you. 💜
I'm actually at my most creative when my pain is higher than normal. I was born with a host of problems and as a child I would do a 1000 piece puzzle or a coloring book.
I appreciate your openness and honesty💖 I know it is so hard, but reminding each other that we aren’t alone is special and I appreciate you so very much.
I love that you incorporate emotions and healing in your videos. Art and emotion are intertwined and the way you talk through your thoughts and struggles encourage me to open up my sketch book and express myself no matter how I'm feeling.
Mike is adorable!! 🥰 I love all of these ideas!! ❤ The wave dress is beautiful!! 🌊 I love how some of these ideas make great kid art projects!! 🤗 I will have to explore the neurographic art and that dry erase board idea!! 😍
The crayon black paint one always brings me back to childhood. We did that in school I think when we were around 7 or 8. You always have the most fun and creative random ideas ❤
Wonderful video! Thank you! ❤ I am not stressed today but thank you for guidance and tips and all the beautiful explanation! Plus your art is fantastic! The lady in waves is glorious! ❤❤❤
I've never tried that paint scratch idea but it honestly looks so fun! I also still have your bubble idea on my list of things to try from your last video, I really need to give it a go it's looks fun 🥰
I really appreciate your videos, they're beautiful reminders about being more mindful of ourselves, and to not get stuck in the repetitive processes of creating and to experiment.
I love that the spider represents someone that helped relieve the stress cuz i found that i definitely needed to rely on friends this week with a lot of anxiety. The jellyfish page story is what i need to tell myself everytime i do art.
You have put art into several different perspectives for me and gave me new inspiration. I found your thoughts very relatable and encouraging. This is an awesome video! Fun fact, I also love fantasy art!!
I may be well outside your demographic but I came upon this video when I needed it and am already trying the neurographic drawing. Thank you so much for this video
Thank you for these ideas. My life is very stressed and Art is my safe and happy place but i felt that i lost it the last months. This Video gives me some inspiration, thank you so much 💜💙
Thank you for a great video and ideas. These are useful and beautiful ideas that I am willing to put in my sketchbook . Somethings I have seen before in other videos were so basic that they just made frustrated and felt guilty wasting my time and art supplies and leave feeling worse. I see the benefit in your approach. Definitely saving for future use. Having crohns and lupus and mother of three boys , there are times I feel overwhelmed and stressed . Am I the only person that neurologic art stresses them out? It’s worrying about if im finding all the “v" and turning them into “u”. Great video !! Thanks
I taught my adult craft ladies neurographic lines yesterday as we relaxed for a couple of hours. I asked them to keep one space empty and then they used that to write a Bible verse that inspired them. I continued adding to my page by doodling patterns so the page became a kind of patchwork. Framed with a black frame made the black lines of the piece pop. The main purpose of the exercise though was to destress.
I love the last page the best. They all look like something I want to try though. Just found your channel. I'm going to have to binge! You are very talented & funny! ☺️❤️
Thank you! 💜 I use about 1 table spoon of acrylic paint, 1 teaspoon of dawn dish soap, and 1/4 cup of water to start. Acrylic paints can vary, which might cause some issues, but the methods below should help you troubleshoot. - If the bubbles aren't holding the paint add more paint. - If you are having trouble filling the cup with bubbles add more water.

I'm glad you love this approach.
I missed a few of the 'v's' too and filled them in later. It's okay if you miss some. 🥰

I would love so much to see that!
This sounds beautiful. 💜
@@CourageousPainting it was a precious time. I’m going to repeat it with some of my grandchildren who will be staying with me this week.
