I enjoyed this. Thank you for the video.
this is so good, such fantastic ideas ☺☺
I love this video! Some of the best art can come from moments of sadness. But, more importantly, creating while feeling down usually makes me feel better. The scribble monster is so cute!! 💗
🥹❤️ thank you!
Love this video! Art is definitely my therapy. That’s what I always post on my instagram pictures and YT videos. 💜💜
I love this!!! Your videos are so relaxing and inspiring ❤
Thank you 🥰
You have good soul! ☀️
Oh thank you!
Yes to painting our emotions! ❤
I love the idea of using art as therapy when feeling down. I have a friend that passed away not long ago and I painted him as a form of grieving. I recorded the whole process, but I dont think im going to post it as it was for me. Was a real eye opener to not have to post everything I paint lol. I did feel a little better tho once I finished it. Hurts still, but the art helped so much!! Thanks for this and I just know that'll it'll help someone going through pain and sadness! Great work as always friend!
What a beautiful way to honor your friend. 🥹
So sorry for your loss. I discovered art as therapy after I lost my beloved cousin and best friend six years ago. She was only 64. I have a sketchbook/ art journal. And I’ve also discovered the wonder and fun of junk journals.
@@susansmithey5317 peace and so much love to you and thanks for sharing this!!
I think your ideas are really inspiring. Thank you for creating this video with so many ideas in it. Also, I am new to your channel, I only subscribed today and I'm going thru your older videos to catch me up. Your videos are awesome. So easy to follow and so relaxing and peaceful. By the way, I absolutely adore the paintbrush as a mike, that is very much something I would have done as an artist if I was making my own RUclips videos. .God bless you, I hope you have a great day!
Awwww thank you so much! I’m glad you like these ideas because I have a lot more on the way! I’m glad you’re here.
This is useful advice and a good nudge for those might need it.
Can you do a video on sketchbook ideas for when you’re scared? I think fear might be my main emotion and I struggle a lot with anxiety, and I feel like it would be helpful to have drawing ideas for fear
This is an awesome idea! I started coming up with ideas this morning.
This video popped up at the perfect time. My partner just left to a different state to work for the next 8 months give or take a few… so I’m feeling lonely and sad about it. Thanks for the ideas.
P.s. I love the Unicorn and your significance behind it. I also feel like I often don’t belong and find myself being silent more and more often so as to not take up too much space.
I'm glad this helped. 💜
Your scribbles look so good. How do you make scribbles look that good? I struggle with little projects. I am used to things that take hours and I struggle with 'small' as it is uncomfortable and I feel it looks messy and yet, when I see other people do quick little paintings and even ones that are far from perfect where the brush strokes are obvious, they still look soooooo good. I put off trying more quick things because I am too harsh a critic of myself and ironically, because I don't do those things, I never improve at doing those small quick paintings and therefore I am scared to do them again. The fear of failure is a full circle.
Haha, thanks! I tend to doodle a lot when I'm bored. I totally get it. Small projects can sometimes feel scarier than one big project. The more you practice, the less awkward small projects become. 💜
I also am a creative person and feel I don’t fit in. But my mask is EXTROVERT and I am very very introverted in real life.
My favorite color is green and I feel…..
Offended.
Oh no! Well, i do like green more than yellow.
