when I am totally shy, I usually turn out stiff even if I dont want to, I get shy when men stare at me, like i might dissapoint them, i kinda get paranoid that they might see my imperfections or etc. I know i gotta have self confident but I just cant 😟

Everything you're saying is spot on and as an older woman, I know all this to be absolutely true. But there's another perspective that I think a lot of men don't stop to consider. Sexual assault and violence against women is a very real concern. Sometimes, if a woman even makes eye contact for a split second with a strange man, he will attempt to approach her. It's not just annoying if a man wont leave you alone, it can be downright scary. So women HAVE to be wary and especially in public around strange men. It's not only safer, it's extremely wise for women of any age to keep to herself until she feels it's safe to be more approachable. We're all insecure. Especially younger people. It would be very refreshing for men to take these concerns to heart, and try to understand why some women may seem unaproachable.
