@@Glitch-Vids Thanks, i appreciate that, but i have a history of utilizing Video Interpolation programs and i still use MeGUI which for me in all my tests is still the best one for minimal artifacts - especially for trails following a cross-hair for example. The only problem with a lot of interpolation programs is the time they take with SVP being the quickest in my tests.
AI interpolation is going to always be better than the SVP counterpart in terms of quality, smoothness, and artefacting. Regardless, EncodeGUI also features standalone SVP similar to MeGUI.

Everytime I try to use this program the progress bar just says extracting when it which is a 100% it says job finished, but when I look it's absolutely done nothing there is no video anywhere are I don't know what it was extracting the extraction process took about 10 seconds and messed around with different settings is still give me the same result every time can you tell me what I could be doing wrong?

Sure, VVC has been released publicly, but that software is proprietary. Until there’s an open source encoder and decoder for VVC (could take years) I’m not going to implement it in EncodeGUI
Is this program completely free?? Does it support Arabic subtitles in srt format?? Can I control the size of the translation and put it in the right place???

AVG algos on Virustotal show v1.0.7 setup as clean ( www.virustotal.com/gui/file/93ae27c06ae4bfdd641492d5650ba1c03869f9a027a1b2705c988d3c7e3b273a ). Either your AVG is out of date, or its targeting another file, or you don't have a genuine copy of AVG.

Your only solution is to get better hardware. AI tools are very resource demanding and if you don’t have high end hardware it’s going to be slow.

Does have a AV1 video codec support? Like higher quality and lower compression size. It's very useful for lower bitrate.

Nope! You can have both FrameGUI and EncodeGUI installed. EncodeGUI doesn’t have any other dependencies you have to install unlike FrameGUI
Will it bring the H.266 video codec in the future, which has already been released publicly?
Sure, VVC has been released publicly, but that software is proprietary. Until there’s an open source encoder and decoder for VVC (could take years) I’m not going to implement it in EncodeGUI
