Great explanation and point on the slacking of one end and stretching of another. Glad you showed all 3 points as that’s exactly what was recommended by my chiropractor.
Thank you!
Good vid, thanks.
thank you
Nice coordination neck/hand
godsend after c5/6 ADR surgery. Especially the radial nerve floss
Hi 12 days ago i slammed the soft area between the elbow and funny bone into the corner of a wood frame - after excruciating pain for the first 10min and feeling like I was on the verge of vomiting , the numbness and electricity died down in my arm and it felt somewhat back to normal - I’ve been keeping a log since then of activities that seem to cause pain/discomfort and for the most part I’m able to do everything normally even work out with weights - but I noticed with prolonged guitar playing (having my arm bent for long periods of time) seems to activate a pain in the area of my injury - on the 11th day after my injury I tried to do gentle nerve flossing exercises for the ulnar nerve and noticed that when I went to the “salute position” there was a tightness and I couldn’t reach to my forehead - that very night my elbow area was tender and just laying down brought pain in the area - (it seemed to get worse after the nerve flossing exercises) I was wondering who I should see for this issue - any medical advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
Hard to say without proper physical assessment but sound like you have possibly compression the ulnar nerve. I would suggest holding off on the flossing movements right now and seeing a health care professional, either a chiropractor or physiotherapist, would make a lot of sense. In the mean time try combination cold/heat in 10 minute increments. Again disclosure I recommend you see a health care professional before continuing with this flossing exercise
Dr. Daniel Birch thank you so much I made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for elbow .... do you think that’s a good choice ?
@@KunchangLeeMusic Sure thing they will definitely be able to assess it appropriately.
Dr. Daniel Birch thank you so much for taking the time to help me out - I have an appointment tomorrow with an X-ray I’ll let ya know what he says
@@KunchangLeeMusic what did he say?
How many repetitions and how many times per day do you recommend this. Thank you!!
I typically recommend 8 to 10 reps without pain a couple times a day. However, every patient is specific and prescription of reps and sets varies. Disclaimer this is educational not medical advise. If pain persists please seek out conservative care.

.. Just i think that you did last one wrong due to confusion :)?
Why are you asking us?
He goes way to fast
Art Nunez Thank you for your comment. You are correct these should be done slow and under control. I went through them with the speed I did to keep the video short.
@@drdanielbirch One can simply reduce playbackspeed.
