John Gibson
He is a man with a voice from another world , a charisma, a feeling and the most beautiful human being!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No auto tune or fifty dancers. Just pure ass entertainment 🥋
Isn't he just the best ever, no effort just pure gold
How can we hear your music?
Singing and looking like something from another planet. Truly, this isn't an ordinary human!?
He conducts his band and never misses a beat
Elvis Presley had so much Emotional compassionate voice that made you feel his pain.
Totally! Any sound touch me like his voice
The power of his voice. The passion. He has always given me such joy. There is no one like him.
Man oh man it's so great seeing the younger generation enjoying Elvis. I grew up listening to Elvis as my mom and sister were major fans even going to his Orlando concerts. I had just turned 16 two weeks before he died and I cried like a baby. He truly is the king of rock and roll. It's been 42 years since he passed and people are still loving him and his music today. His music will still live on after other music has died. Nobody will ever take his place. ✌😎
Thank you for this great comment!
Elvis. The KING! A king should never fail you...Elvis never does! Chills everytime! TY!
I watched when Elvis first appeared on our black and white tv. He was awesome then and kept getting better and better. I went to one of his concerts. He was wonderful. There will never be anyone like him.
OMG. Adoro a ese hombre.
OMG. Dios. Daría seis de mis vidas en este mundo por estar con Elvis cinco minutos.. lo adoro
Oh, lucky you! Am in Namibia, so far away. Greetings.
I love the smile on your face when you listen to Elvis. He sang from his soul. You could tell he had lived this song.
Thank you! :) Yes I agree with you! He’d lived this song..
Someone else wrote most of Elvis Presley's songs, but Elvis brought them to life. He put everything he had into his music.
Marty Robbins wrote this one. He was a country music singer-song writer.
What do you mean, someone else wrote most of Elvis' songs. Elvis ONLY co-wrote two songs in which Red West did almost all of the work. Elvis was a very talented guy, but he was not a songwriter.
@@walliegirl2 He chose not to right songs. He could play drums, Bass and piano and chose not to do so. He just wanted to be a entertainer. He rewrote a lot of the words in dozens of songs and changed the words in many more. He did say to Mac Davis once when he handed him a partly written song that "I'm not a song writer I'm a entertainer"
True!!! This was his mountain, when he wss left by his wife and child!!! Never the less, he is really the greatest of all performers ever!!!
Yes. But Marty Robbins wrote it about the trials and tribultions he face, beginning as a child. The song also acknowledges the diffulties that Marizona faced as his wife.
Get with the game. Elvis did not write the song. Marty Robbins wrote it.
He's just singing along, then, boom, here comes the gospel out of him, in the chorus.
Wow power voice end beautyful song Elvis the king👑
What a powerful voice! Elvis really has a gift. Its obvious who he's singing about. You can see the pain ion his face.
Elvis is maybe the GOAT singer. And Marty Robbins maybe the greatest singer/songwriter.
Elvis Presley was going through alot in the years 1973 until 1977. He was such a kind humble hearted man.
So was Marty Robbins. I have not heard one say a bad thing about him. And when he crashed into the wall in a Nascar race to save Richard Childress life, all of his fellow Nascar drivers had the utmost respect for him. You can see how his fellow musicians love him on his country talent show.
Elvis really felt the music because he experienced some of the things he sung about.
He was by far the greatest performer put out on a stage ever. ...and that's why we called him the king.
Whoever says Elvis couldn't sing should listen to this. He set the bar high and nobody could ever climb it!
He's the Greatest Showman!!!!!
🌟🎤🤴🏼the golden voice
I had teary eyes after the song. Elvis sang this song from his heart. Thank you!
🙏😊
@@johngibsonmusic Gibson do a video on "Feleena" which lasts over 8 minutes.
Have you ever seen anyone as cool as Elvis?? Or sing as good??. I Havn't👍👍👍 Ever☺
I haven't! He is the greatest 😊👍

Elvis will always be the greatest
Another beautiful gospel video by Elvis. " If That isn't Love!"

GOD GAVE US MOUNTAINS TO CLIMB …..TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!
God certainly gave Marty mountains. Starting with his childhood, dropping out of high school, seeing combat in WW2, teaching himself to play piano and guitar, learning to write songs. marrying Mari with son Ronnie, quitting drinking, dealing with his shyness on stage, having the big car wreck in Charlotte Nascar, having two bypass surgeries, and eventually dying after his third heart suergery.
Ah, the days when songs had a story to tell! ❤️🌹
God new what he had in Elvis Presley. What a kind and generous spirit
No one can do this song like Elvis❤️
Marty Robbins can. He wrote the song. Elvis took more of a bluesy approach to the song while Marty's was more country. The lyrics are what Marty faced in his life. Marty wrote over 200 songs of which all but 3 were by himself. I respect Elvis, but Marty was the greater talent as he wrote a lot of music and Elvis wrote none.
Best looking man ever, never been another
ELVIS is damn good. He sings from his soul! We know you love him John ❤️
ugh, this song always gets to me 😔. I've been climbing my own mountain for a while. Thanks John for recognizing what a true talent Elvis was 🤗
Thank you very much for watching! 😊 Have a great day!
This song has so much meaning. I have tears listening and watching Elvis.
@@johngibsonmusic John you need to do a video on Marty, such as El Paso City. There is a guy from New Jersey who does videos on Marty's songs.
He was the first to do a via satellite around the world only elvis could do that ... over a billion tuned in a record not been broken ... his voice is pure quality n powerful ... he looked amazzzing in is American eagle jumpsuit ... he wanted to symbolise America ... Joe Esposito once said .... THE KING Of music ta Jon that was great x
I totally agree! Thank you!
I believe it was a quarter of a billion people watched it live in 1973
@@charliekline3975 you would be wrong it was a billion
Yes You and I J R C are both right, it was a billion 😊
@@charliekline3975 YES more watched this concert then watching man on the moon!

Thank you very much Pat! I really appreciate it 😊🙏
I loved this song, written by Marty Robbins, it tells a great story. Robbins talked about how flattered he was Elvis sang his song. Elvis had so much charisma, so much charm. He really was something unique. A generation loved him !!
Agree. Marty was the genius songwriter and great singer. Elvis was not a songwriter, but a great singer/performer/arranger. For me, Marty is better than Elvis. Just look at the trilogy of "El Paso", "Feleena" and "El Paso City." - pure genius of Marty. Only a few songwriters can match it.
Elvis Presley does a beautiful sad version of this song it related to his own emotional personal feelings I believe he sung w heart a soul.
THE KING FOREVER
Goosebumps
What an incredible powerful voice !
Elvis had it all.
Greatest singer, greatest looking, greatest arranger, worst songwriter.
Utter perfection...enough said.
I LOVE THE SUBLIME VOICE OF ELVIS EVERY SONG SUNG BY HIM BECOME A MASTERPIECE I LOVE YOU MY KING FOREVER FROM ITALY
Agree.....hes voice is just so powerful like the rolling thunder of the heavens......!!!! Tq John.....
I REMEMBER MY MOUNTAINS AS I WAS GROWING UP!!!!
Elvis learned to double stroke the cut-off just for the delayed reaction of his band and orchestra. Genius.
❤🎉❤🎉
Fantastic, magnificent, emotional, pride, grace🎸🎸🎸🎸💓💙💚💗🌹🌺♥️❤️✅️💯✅️💯🙏🙏🙏
Yes he had the cry in his voice
He was a really GREAT singer.
Thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks Elvis for you voice beutiful beutiful man handsome sexy man 👄🔥❤️
Great great reaction John 🙏
Thank you so much!
Have you listened to Paul Simon's Graceland album. Pure genius as he wrote all of the songs and sang them. Simon is about 5'2" and not much to look at. But he brought African music to the US. So OK that Elvis could sing great, arrange and look great, but he never accomplished anything like the Graceland album.
@@johngibsonmusic Hey Gibson, have you thought about doing a video on Paul Simon's Graceland album or Marty's Gunslinger album.
ELVIS. ALWAYS. THE BEST

"GOAT"...👑👑👑👑❤❤❤❤
My favorite Elvis song
Marty Robbins would appreciate your comment. He really liked the song.
The complete Elvis from 1956-1977 RIP is all amazing. That’s the truth. There is never a poor Elvis performance. His voice from young falsetto to 1977 tenor is perfect pitch no matter what song or arrangement. God placed a hand on Elvis shoulder at childhood and must have said, “son, you will be the best”. Period
Not the best songwriter!!!
Holy smokes, when he kicks into that chorus! It is crazy.
Dear Lord, I love that boy Amen.
As amazing and breathtaking as this--and the entire Aloha concert--are, I was blessed to hear and see Elvis sing this for the last time on June 26, 1977. Beyond incredible!
Wow!! This is incredible.. Thanks for sharing your story!
It's good to have a band behind you. Not a machine.
I know it never gets old
1972 On Tour You Gave Me a Mountain. Superb.
What is there to say Elvis rocks
Cold chills just a gift to the world
Best singer ever! He can even sing the yellow pages and that magically becames something to remember. Thank you

Thank you
During this entire concert every time his voice hit those powerful
operatic notes I get the chills.
How his voice and style changed through the years was amazing.
It was unique and wonderful at every junction.
I totally agree!
This was Elvis' dad Vernon's favorite song
Another great song by Elvis thank you John
😊👍
ELVIS un dono mandato dal cielo
The Aloha Concert on DVD is definitely worth buying. Elvis looks great, and the songs were all great. You'll love it.❤❤❤❤❤
The Lion 👑Roaring.👑👑👑
Great song written by another legend, Marty Robbins
Love and respect Elvis, but Marty rocks more than Elvis, especially from the songwriting perspective.
Marty was my Dad's favorite
John your climbing your own mountain. With 515 subscribers , and counting
Thank you so much! Really means a lot to me!
ELVIS AND MICHAEL JACKSON WERE ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT GIFTS FROM GOD!!!
What about Marty Robbins. He wrote the song that Elvis is singing.
what many young people don't like I like the Elvis songs that I love
If you ever really watch his hand movements during these songs it looks like he's telling the band what he wants while singing. In a way he's conducting or producing as he's singing. 2:09 he looks as if he's asking for more drum from Ronnie Tutt. That's just one example.
I agree with you
He did all teh music arrangement so he was conducting in a way. he knew what sound was was coming next
He is conducting the band. He does the same with the choir. He puts the whole production together. It might be a look a finger or hand movement. They rehearse until it's right! I've watched his rehearsals how he puts it all together.
He did conduct the band and the singers as well.
@@cherylk6164 If you've watched his rehearsals, you can see him putting the show together. He tells the band what he wants and even the orchestra as well as when he wants the singers to do. He produced all his music and recordings. The only thing he didn't do is write the songs. Everything else was all Elvis!
What an amazing voice! Elvis was the greatest singer and performer ever. This is one of my favorite concerts. Thank you John for your reaction.
Thank you!
One word King
And one word for Marty Robbins, greatest singer/songwriter of the last 70 years.
Beautiful.. “Elvis “ Always & Forever
One of my favourite Elvis song ... love him so much !
You know Marty Robbins wrote the song. Or did you not know that?
Beautiful song
I can really relate to this song. I love this song LOVE ELVIS 💘
Love this song so much.
Marty Robbins would love that. IMHO, it is really great but there 50 others I like better. God, guns and Marty Robbins.
You are also doing a fantastic job my friend. Thank you!
Thank you! Really appreciate it!
thank u john
This song alone is the reason why you should never dismiss the 1970s of Elvis Presley. He took songs that he knew he could have a lot of fun doing, that was hard to sing, that could be show stoppers and that he knew exactly where to emphasize the words to express the feel of the lyrics the best. In this case he was the true master in building up the story of the song in the right way. Many people have said that one should never say he was the King and that by not writing any songs of his own that he was not musical. When we here can finally see the true impact of arrangements.
Thumbs up for this great passionate guy. His reactions are genuine.
Thank you so much!
@@johngibsonmusic Your style is sober, and competent. Enjoy watching your reactions
Long Live the KING! That song had to be so hard for him to sing as his wife had divorced him and took their daughter, Lisa Marie, to the west coast! Big time Elvis fan here, which is apparent the moment you walk into my home. I am going to Graceland this summer and I am so excited!!!
Elvis always gave his best when performing,I love this song, thanks for posting John
Thanks for watching!
Another great Elvis performance. Glad you liked it. Yes, please do Elvis, "It's Over."
I’ll check it out! Thank you!
John Lennon said before elvis there was nothing I'll say after elvis there's been nothing, elvis the GOAT
Lennon got it all wrong. He should have said there was nothing before Marty Robbins, rather than Elvis.
How I feel great song
Great reaction
Thanks so much!
Again fabulously sang his range is so versatile
I love your reactions…we will never see the likes of him again.
J'adore Elvis et j'adore vos vidéos
Elvis Presley sung w heart a soul so Emotional a picked songs that hit home to his own personal life a marriage.
Its almost like Opera!
