I have dry erase boards all throughout my house very helpful. And something I’ve learned so far is trying to wing it will get you no where. Create a plan of action apply what is learn throughout your journey and execute..

Hey Nick, I know you probably won't read this but I'm planning on going into Army ROTC during college (I'm a junior right now) and I want to branch Infantry, go to Ranger School, and maybe even get into the Regiment. I have six years to get in shape before I commission.
The problem is, I'm female. I'm slim-built and naturally athletic, but I'm severely lacking in the muscle department. I recognize that this will be a huge challenge and I'm willing to put in hard work to realise my goals, but I need to know how to gain muscle and strength best for a 5'8", 126 lb, 16 year old girl. I've been working on my 2 mile time, doing push-ups and sit-ups, and trying to eat better; what else should I be doing?
