    Most difficult part is eating 200g+ of protein! Can only eat so much chicken breast in a day

    Dieting correctly is the only way to have a better lifestyle. I love that it isn't a one time thing, definitely something that needs to become that lifestyle change to keep lasting effects.

    Yes I agree training should be simple and straightforward don’t need to be over the top and the same with meals. I like how u keep the same amount of protein you would normally eat and play around with ya carbs and fats. Appreciate the information you put out.

    I really appreciate your videos man. I try to keep it simple but fail at that. Times like last night, we made shrimp with pasta and alfredo. The only way MFP shows that is in cup amounts and at work all ive got is a food scale. I get so lost in trying to be exact with my numbers and amounts that I am pretty sure I'm undereating. I eat and I'm still starving immediately after. How the heck do you really put a specific calorie number on something without measuring every single ingredient? I get lost in this.

    For me I’m trying to lose weight which is a challenge in its self so when you said the key is to turn on that light switch and break it so that it can’t be turned off until you reach your goal was awesome I’m honestly lacking discipline but after watching this it’s go back into my dieting with a disciplined mindset.
