    Interesting but many products look good when first applied. How durable is it? What is the expected lifetime of this coating?

      Sand surfaces are more durable than resufacing cements or coatings, and will last for many years.

    When using this over tile, do all the grout lines still show?

      SandRich will fill grout lines itself. Grout lines can also be filled using patching cement before installing SandRich.

    What is the approximate thickness of the entire system (adhesive, sand, and topcoat combined)?

      SandRich system thickness is typically 1/4" on average, and can be tapered to a feathered edge.

    Can you apply over painted cement?

    Can you use over exposed old aggregate? What kind of prep work before applying sand coat?

      Yes, SandRich can be used to refinish worn down concrete in areas that are extremely worn down. A skim coat of cement may first be required.
