He saved me. I had the “best “ in Arizona and they did a horrible job. The doctor literally, had a form Asperger’s and ‘ was’ the best in Arizona.. 🥺 He was so mean and compared endo to his back pain. After 10 yrs of surgery and being treated like crap. I gave up. And just so happened my husband was offered a job 30 mins from Ogden. We were transported to Kaysville, Utah. And I was done but they didn’t give up. It took 2 yrs to fully recuperate but it’s been 8 yrs and NOT ONE problem.

I have surgery to confirm endo next week. Doctor says he’s almost sure I have it but he won’t be able to confirm until he goes in with the camera in my stomach. I got my first period at 12 and a few periods later I started getting a severe abdominal pain. Life became scary. Every time the week of my period got close I was terrified. The best way my 12 year old self could describe it was “there is an alien inside of me doing god knows what to my intestines “ I didn’t know if the pain was truly from my intestines but that’s how it felt. Like a twist stabbing. later I learned my abdomen muscles involuntary contract constantly for days while on my period. Causing the extra soreness in my abdomen. I started having severe diarrhea after foods at 15 years old. The normal person who could go to restaurants or eat outside was Gone. I have suffered with the IBS symptoms for 13 years. It’s. A bit better but still there. All gyns I’ve seen put me on birth control. Which helped me not have severe period pain but after weight gain my fat didn’t look normal I looked swollen. Like with inflammation. I’d seen rheumatologist recently that don’t know why there’s so much inflammation in my markers in blood work. 15 years later a doctor listened. I will get laparoscopy surgery Feb 7 2024 to see if there’s endo inside of me which I’m almost sure there is. I hope this explains why I’ve had joint paints and pain in my body and extremities. We think it’s inflammatory because that’s what my blood work says. Which endo is an inflammatory disease. So I feel close to figuring out why I feel how I do for so many years.

I am having a lot of intestinal problems since for ever...
    It started with lactose intolerance
then it was thought to be IBS
Already when i was 12 or 13 i was sometimes horribly cramping...
10 years Later, when I started to bleed out of the rectum, havind diarrhea and constipation and pain, they detected elevated inflammatory values in my feces so they determined it to be most likely ulcerative colitis...
But just in the last 10cm of the rectum because they couldn't find any damaged or inflamed tissue with the ultrasound nor while doing a colonoscopy .. sooo that must be it?.
Now i am confused because i stared to bleed exactly 5 days before my menstrual cycle starts. Just some blobs that look like menstrual blood mixed in my feces instead of existing the "right way" and then nothing no bleeding no pain focused on the left lower abdomen side... Actually the pain is everywhere... And it constantly changes place.
My Gynecologist did an MRI and she is sure about it not being endo... Because she couldn't see anything on the MRI...
Is it possible to have bowel endo without any of it showing up on the MRI and without being detected during a colonoscopy?
My inflammatory values are always kinda chronically high but "not alarming"
every time i do a checkup my doctors say i was probably just fighting some kind of bug but already healing again so it explains the High amount of leukocytes in my blood or calprotectin in my feces...
.... no need to worry . Right?
Doctors treat me like a hypochondriac... Since I keep saying something is not right...
I am confused and feel misleaded

When are doctors going to listen to us women. And not toss us aside saying "your IBS is in your head" or "you just have a bad period." it should take a decade or more for our pain to be real and diagnosed.

The reason is for some reason any women problems are dismissed as us being overdramitic. Almost site I have endo but no one will ever confirm
