Necessary materials
2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams)
1 cup of cornmeal (120 grams)
5.5 cups of flour (660 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
For Top: plenty of white sesame
Cup Measurement I Use: ( 200 ml )
