I didn't hear you mention lowering shackles or lowering leaf spring hangers. That's probably the route I'm going for the rear and drop spindles on the front.

What about those that are running the 15x8 steel rally wheels on the 67-72 C10? Will 2.5" drop spindles work with these rims or will there be clearance issues with the steering knuckle? Do you need to stick with drop springs for this wheel choice?

Would air bags give a more comfortable ride vs a coil over?
Technically yes. The coilover will have a fixed spring rate while an air bag would be adjustable.
I notice you didn't mention QA1. Why is that?
