The frequency will depend on your heating coil and capacitor combo. They will form an RC circuit. But the frequency is not critical in this application so you can experiment with that. It should however not be too slow. Keep the capacitor below 1uf and you should be good. The longer the coil the slower the frequency. And use the right capacitor it needs to be a film capacitor. @@onestoptechnologies7305 Search for ZVS driver schematic also known as the flyback driver. Steve Ward or Telaundmehr have a nice webpage where you can find it too. This is the best circuit imho. It uses more components but is very reliable and the mosfets will not heat alot. ZeroVoltageCrossing means the mosfets turn off at 0volts. So they don't have to block the current. And so they don't heat alot. This is what makes this circuit efficient and is not hard on the mosfets. I have build many and some are old. They all still work never blown a mosfet with them. Don't use a polarized cap like an electrolityc that would not be good. It will blow up 😅😅. If you want 1kw you will need a good power supply. at 24v that would mean +- 40 amps. Or use 48 volts at 20 amps. That would be 960 watts to be precize.
Merhaba, + uç neden bobinin ortasından veriliyor? Başka bir yöntemi yok mu?
Bagaimana rara buat input 220 volt om?
Zafer hocam datasheete baktım bundan inverter yapabilirmiyiz?
Can you make it half wave ?
Daha güçlü indüksiyon için bir bilgi alabilirmiyiz.
would this heat denser metals is the question
40N60UFD is an IGBT or a MOSFET? Looking over datasheet looks like a MOSFET and not an IGBT.
40n60 has both mosfet and igbt .. datasheet.octopart.com/FGH40N60SFDTU-ON-Semiconductor-datasheet-95276769.pdf?_gl=1*19e819s*_ga*MjkyODk2MTY0LjE3MTA0ODE2MTc.*_ga_SNYD338KXX*MTcxMDQ4MTYxNy4xLjEuMTcxMDQ4MTgzMS4wLjAuMA..
Teşekkürler Zafer bey
I don't find 0,27 uF ... Can I replace it with more uF or less? Thank you
I tried 0,40-0,80 uf and that worked about the same.
As you give current to coil but the their magnetic field should be create but this not happen in this video their heat generat why ?????
Tes tegangan pake dioda cepat diantara kumparan
👌
VEREY NICE.THANK YOU
use 1/4'' copper tubing to make a coil so you can water cool.
Ustam o güzel sesini özledik ya eskiden her videonda konusurdun
👉❤👈
Can you modify this circuit to use a flat coil please?
It's not a flat coil, bro, but you can wrap it on a core.
Where do I get a schematic
Usta bunu biraz daha güçlü yapmak istersek voltajı arttirsak yeterli olur mu
daha güçlü IGBT kullanmak daha iyi olacaktır
