    What I've found is changing the viewport to be both drawing lines and ray trace/render yields a result similar to the final product you would create in illustrator. I suppose line weights could be off and its raster based, but tbh it's hard to notice after doing work in photoshop. I still enjoy doing illustrator work, but if you don't have time, I would recommend doing a viewport capture.
