Hi Olivia. I just started following your workout and find it very easy to follow. Thank you! Is it better to wear sport shoes for walking workout or it’s fine to do it barefoot?
Definitely make sure they are well-fitted shoes, like Olivia said! I injured my toenail from doing walking workouts and wearing shoes that didn't fit well. My nail cracked and blood was trapped under my nail for months. The nail still hasn't fully grown out yet, so it still has a crack in it. Now I just do my workouts barefoot, to prevent this. But if you have good shoes, it shouldn't be a problem.
