    Your exhaust work is Amazing!! 26 hrs is pretty good for such a unique job. Love working with stainless. I completed a small mod yesterday on a side exit exhaust on my XC Falcon ute. I made that system more than 20 yrs ago. Cut it up sand off the weld, die grind the inside then wire wheel out the soot. There was a little contamination of the weld but not too bad. You can re use stainless over and over. Custom made is the only way to go. The last 3 utes I have bought have all needed exhaust mods. All of them made contact with the diff axle tubes, were too close to the ground or just didn't sit right in the rear bar. They ranged from the cheapest system to the most expensive on the market and all had build quality issues. One thing I have learnt about side pipes they need to at least be flush with the outside of the rear tyre or that hot gas will heat up the tyre on a long drive. Great content as always!!

    When he asked if you could chop it back up and bring it back just a half inch and there was no naysaying , pissing, moaning and arguing or hurt feelings about it. That absolutely impressed the hell out of me. I wish I could get that with my fabricators. I've got some great guys but that level of consideration and an open mind and a willingness to make the outcome just a little bit better is top notch. Absolutely impressed by that.

      The biggest problem I saw with all your experience is being abrasive instead of embracing this serious task at hand.The day you think you know it all you stop learning.Good luck with future projects next time embrace it and it will only take 6 hours.

      I think it was a great video and honestly I agree with @worldssickestmedia273 on what was said on fabrication. That was the part of the video that impressed me the most too. Many people want drama all the time, be it with RUclips informational and instructional videos or what have you. Go watch TV or a movie, if that’s what you seek. Not every person on RUclips or a channel, will give you the drama entertainment factor that you may expect every time you watch. It’s always great to view an in-depth install process and in doing so, you don’t really want to deal with petty “drama” over instruction and a result meant for a customer. These NASCAR boom exhaust systems are exciting across the board. If you don’t like what a RUclipsr is posting, create your own content and live a happy life. Good day to all!

    I have a coyote that revs to 8500, and I dump after the catless longtubes. I would LOVE a crossover and boomtubes. But I'm also pretty low. But still....NEED.

    • @FluidMotorUnion
      @FluidMotorUnion  7 месяцев назад +6

      This would be nasty with boom tubes! We were able to tuck this one up pretty high, and if we had built the boom tubes from scratch we could have gotten them tucked in even better but since this car was stock ride height it was not as much of a concern.

      Because of the custom nature of this particular vehicle (headers) making an application that would fit every mustang would be difficult. But with the right amount of interest we could put something together.
