I might have sounded somewhat salty but I wasn't in the slightest. The team dynamics in these vlogs, comedic actions of Eddie and Brian's perfect comedic timing just add up to pure enjoyment. 6x45 = 270 not sure what the bar weighs 20-45 (probably closer to 45 if its a good bar) after banging his elbow! I've just recently started lifting because of these videos I can barely do half that for a couple of reps.

2 days ago I tried deadlifting for the second time and got 220.
