This would be the same for a residential property, where the property owner has right of access across the footpath to their property. A vehicle turning into a property or Police Station would have to give priority to a pedestrian. So if a Police officer says you're blocking the Police Station entrance, technically you're not, unless you physically stood between the gates.
And standing on the entrance way is not on the highway so it's not blocking the highway. And if you carry a sign indicating you are protesting something then the police will have to follow case law as set by Zeigler and leave you alone for a while. Though they would be able to use obstructing police if you blocked an emergency vehicle leaving the station.
So filming is now a new way to get police service. Maybe the moral of this story is when someone has burgled or mugged you tell them someone is filming you. Instant service there in minutes flat.😂😅😂

The police association put out an all forces memo stating members of the public are allowed to film whatever they want from a public place this includes buildings and or police officers once a digital image video or photograph has been taken it is then the property of the person who took said image or images the police have no powers to demand you delete any footage and no powers to seize any equipment without a court order.
You cant be a cop without a little patronizing of people on the streets. Hope nothing horrible happens to cops like those. Would be so sad to hear that they got really hurt in some freak accident.

The woman riding here bike across the crossing and along the pavement was breaking the law and was ignored by the 2 police officers while the man using a camera perfectly legally was interfered with and harassed by these 2 police officers.
