    I have a query. Summary. 2008-2012 - NOC 1242. 2012-till date - NOC 1241. Can I claim 10years if both NOCs was picked in the same draw. Or the NOC has to be the same for 10years to be able to claim it.

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад

      you should decide primary NOC in order to select in the draw. you should choose most recent one ,which NOC 1241 in your case. As both are very similar so it will work you can show two different NOCS.

    Thanks for the expository video. Regarding reason 4, what would you then suggest to someone whose work experience is not related to his educational qualification.

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      it is a tough question for me too. You should try to get similar NOC code which relates to your past education and work experience if it matches with your roles and responsibilities.
      If it is not possible then it may be a negative impact on your file because SINP is very strict about their rules.
      You may write letter of explanation for the same but it is not recommend when there is a clear mismatch in your past work experience and education.
      Thank You.

    This is one of the most informative yet concise videos on SINP I've seen.
    Please I have a question: I have a BSc in civil engineering and MSc in environmental engineering and project management.
    I chose 0711 {construction manager} which doesn't require licensure.
    The noc states that: Bsc in civil engineering is usually required, and masters project management is beneficial.
    I have an eca for my masters only. Do you think my masters degree covers for my noc for sinp, seeing that it is engineering related and also has project management.

    Hi CANADA PR INFO,
    Your analytics are wonderful. This is seriously out of the box thinking, can't thank enough for a detailed analysis.
    I have Masters degree in US in Electrical Engineering and have more than 20+ years of experience ASIC industry (Chip design, NOC 2147, I guess?) and have total points of 68 for SINP. I am yet to apply for PNP and create an express entry profile. I have a CLB of 9 wrt IELTS and what do you think are the chances for the future draws in SINP?
    Also how would I know which is the exact NOC for my job profile? Any pointers on this will be greatly helpful.
    Once again thanks for this thorough analysis.

    I would like to ask, I had submitted an EOI for SINP recently keeping my wife as a primary applicant. But by mistake in work experience category I put total 9 years of experience and later I realized that the 9 years of work experience is calculated in the last 10 years that is from 2011-2020. But my wife was not working from 2010-2014, she had previous experience from 2009-2010 which I included in the work experience category. Recently she has received an ITA from SINP. So I want to ask do you think they will reject her application if they see that the total 9 years of experience in not in the last 10 years?

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      Thank for watching the video and asking a good question.
      In your case, it seems that your wife was not working from 2010-2014 ,means four years ,she is not eligible for work experience points (4 points) of last 4 years of work experience as SINP points system. but you claimed it by mistake and received ITA.
      Now , you found a mistake so It may be considered as misrepresentation. If you deduct that points from your total points then you may be not eligible to get ITA.
      As per the SINP points assessment grid , your work experience must be
      1) In the 5 year period prior to application submission date
      2) In the 6-10 year period prior to application submission date
      This criteria may not be matched with your profile before ITA and after submission. so be careful.
      Thank you,
      All the Best.

      Check the approximate probability of your NOC code to be selected in the upcoming draws using this video.
      You may change the NOC if it matches with your roles and responsibility and education requirements, if it was not picking up frequently.
      For more info,
      ruclips.net/video/vua4-d0yhvs/видео.html
      ruclips.net/video/scVuu8LsmJg/видео.html
      you can watch following video to find your correct and accurate NOC code.
      There are several factors, which play vital role to choose your NOC code.
      1) Your roles and responsibilities
      2) Job title
      3) Employment requirements in order work under that occupation as per NOC 2011 matrix.
      To do that, you need to carefully review all related NOC codes and decide the best one.
      however, I have made one video on how to find your NOC code, if you wish you can watch it. It might be helpful to you.
      ruclips.net/video/scVuu8LsmJg/видео.html
      In future for PR application, You may need to prepare more documents such as a reference letter, Pay stubs of each financial year, bank statements of your salary account, tax documents and strong letter of explanation in case of any discrepancy.

    My degree titles are "BS in Software Engineering" and "MS in Computer Engineering" and WES has awarded me MSc and BSc equivalency in one document. However, my professional experience of 15 years is a mix of "Software Developer", "Software Engineer" and recent most experience of 12 years is in "Software designer". Now which NOC code would be best suitable. I am confused between my education and professional experience while choosing the NOC code. Please help that my selected NOC code should be closer to my experience or education. It must be based upon anyone but not both, in my opinion.

      Thank you for watching the video. If you have one month old bank statements, you may accept ITA and submit your file on the last day, which will complete your 90 days.
      Other wise, you must not accept ITA , Your file will be rejected.
      SINP is very strict.
      All the Best.

      Congratulations for the ITA.
      You do not require to send PCC and Medical details at SINP stage.
      Forget about it right now. focus on the other documents.
      Yes, you need to PCC and Medical exam for the family members , though they are not accompanying with you at federal stage after sinp nomination.
      Thank you.

    Sir, I have a question regarding work experience. Does part time jobs acceptable as a work experience?

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      You can count part-time work toward the work experience requirement, as long as you were not a full-time student at the time.
      However, you must have gained the equivalent amount of experience as someone who worked full-time for at least one year (1560 hours)
      12 months of full-time work:
      30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours), OR
      equal amount in part-time hours, such as:
      15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
      30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

      @@canadaprinfo Please explain your statement "... as long as you were not a full-time student at the time." I worked full time and I schooled full time. Does SINP have a problem with a full time student-employee? Will my experience be overlooked? I was in a flexible MBA program and my classes were strictly in the evenings. 85% of my class worked full time.

    Sir do we required the sources of funds in bank account? I mean from where the money came?

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад

      if proof of funds is older than six months then it is not required otherwise you may need to prove if you deposit large amount money from someone account.
      SINP does not accept gift deed but you can use gift at IRCC level.

    Hi there, Thank you so very much for this video it was very informative, I have a question related to this. I have 10 plus years work experience in media marketing I believe NOC 0124 matches my work. I also have a business administration degree as required in the NOC. My issue is the requirement say this "A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing" I have a MBA degree but my specialization is in HR should create a profile with SINP. please advice Thanks in advance.

    My current Sinp score is 63, can I add 5 points of study in Saskatchewan while doing a PGDIploma course in SK during 1st or 2nd semester? Will it be rejected?

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      Thank you for watching the video.
      in order to get 5 points for your education, you should have minimum of one full-time academic year of study at a recognized Saskatchewan post-secondary education institution on a valid study permit.
      That you do not have at this stage. So you can not claim points until you complete your study.
