    Hi there,
    In the recent draw of SINP on 26th August, 2020, I received an Invitation to Apply in Occupation in Demand Category, with an overall score of 68.
    As I have 10 years plus work experience & I scored CLB 8.
    I own and manage a farm for over 10 years, and have applied under NOC 0821.
    I want to know,
    1. I did not have settlement funds prior to three months in my account from the date I received my Invitation, though my account does show a transaction of over CAD 20000 for the last six months, I have deposited the remaining settlement funds when I got the invitation, which will be there until I apply and also for the remaining 27 weeks. Will this jeopardize my application?
    2. I have extensive work experience of farm management, however my post graduate degree does not match with my work experience, will this have an impact on my application?
    Please advice.
    Thanks

    • @canadaprinfo
      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      Congratulations for the ITA.
      1. Your funds must be old 3 months prior to submit your application. you need to maintain it until you land CANADA.
      2. Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education
      It may impact negatively if you do not meet requirements.

      @canadaprinfo  4 года назад +1

      Thank you Jatinder for watching the video.
      Your above work experience must be in the field of your completed post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship.
      so in your case, if it matches with your past education and work experience then it is ok.
      Check the NOC code 7242 main duties and education requirements, if it matches as per the Canadian national occupational classification, then you can go ahead.
      There are several factors, which play vital role to choose your NOC code.
      1) Your roles and responsibilities
      2) Job tile
      3) Employment requirements in order work under that occupation as per NOC 2011 matrix.
      To do that, you need to carefully review all related NOC codes and decide the best one.

      To do that, you need to carefully review all related NOC codes and decide the best one.
      however, I have made one video on how to find your NOC code, if you wish you can watch it. It might be helpful to you.
