Thank you Sonia Khan for your feedback. I know you now. You were asked few questions earlier too. POF requirement is prior to three months before your application submission. You can make your EOI profile after one month as you will have 60 days to submit your application from the date of invitation. so if you will submit your application on the last day then you will be able to complete 90 days. You will not receive any email notification when your status will be changed to “In process”. You need to check your profile every day. Processing time different for everyone. All the best

In process means they are reviewing your documents . if they find everything ok then you will receive nomination letter and after that you can apply to the federal for the visa

@@yamankaushik5004 i think you cannot think that you will get nomination for sure. it can be ADR too. you will surely get reply soon. invoice tab is a part of internal process to check whether you have made payment with your credit card or not if you have applied without immigration consultant. In conclusion, They will check for deficiency for each item, if they did not find anything and they are satisfied you will receive nomination. All the best.

Do you think the processing time of 42 weeks mentioned on SINP website is accurate? I mean these numbers are updated for the first quarter of 2022 and they usually reflect processing times from last year. Please share any info you might have. Many Thanks!
yes it is almost accurate not processing time each application. but it is a average processing time so it means few applications can process lesser than 42 weeks ( which has accurate documentation) and other applications can be processed more than 42 weeks ( which requires additional documents) so it is just an average. wife qualification does not matter in sinp points system but you may get additional points at federal level for spouse IELTS exam. yes you are correct your wife will become PR with you if you have included in your file. but i would recommend that your spouse should appear in IELTS , it will help you in canadian citizenship and to start new course in Canada. What if SINP(under EE stream) ITA received and document submitted and ADR received with in 60 days time limit and application is in “in progress” state with invoice tab disappeared and right after this , Ielts got expired. SINP level, There is no issue with it as your IELTS was valid when you submitted the exam. EE level, you need valid IELTS results. you need to reappear in IELTS exam so when you will submit your application to IRCC you have valid results. All the best.

60 points is just a cut off qualify for a draw. SINP selects the candidate with higher points. you can see cut off list for past draws on SINP website. with 60 points there is a least chance to be get selected. try to increase your points if possible All the best

Can we just copy the settlement plan form of manitoba which is available in the internet and answer those questions there and just replace every words related to manitoba? I applied for NOC 2282 have been selected on Sep 6 2022 and received invitation letter from SINP. Now, I wish to change my NOC code from 2282 to 2171 it is worth mentioning that both NOC's were selected on Sep 6 2022. I.e. 2282 and 2171. Should I resubmit my application and wait for next draw or I just change NOC code in SINP EOI portal and submit documents with fee.

After got a nomination from SINP, we applied for the SINP application process in the month of Feb 2021 with required documents through official SINP portal. Now my IELTS result is going to be expired in June 2021. My question is, if my IELTS result will expire, my SINP application process will be continued? or it will be on hold till the submission of the new IELTS result.
SINP application is ok if you your results were valid at the time of submission but you need valid results at federal level. so reappear in IELTS if you have not received your sinp nomination yet so you can submit your file to federal with valid ielts results.

as you are aware, rule us to stay for 12 months in Saskatchewan. your application can be rejected due to this reason. you may take a risk if you don't have any other option.

You may write cover letter and submit with your application. As long as you meet the criteria and cutoff ,there is no issue but by changing birthdate if your score below cutoff ,your file can be rejected due wrong information

yes correct, some employer requires that you must be living in canada , especially in saskatchewan. otherwise they might not consider your application.

Hi, I am talking about Employee Provident Fund (EPF), which is managed by employer selected fund managers. Fund is fully available and paid to the employee after about 30 days after resignation.
@@gabrielchukwuka5629 i dont understand it exactly. but normally in Provident fund, you need balance certificate , pf statements form each month which can be downloaded from epfo website, uan card details and any other proof that proves that employer deducted your money. you can follow similar menthod in your funds too. objective is to show that you have funds in some institutions and you can access as per rules.

nothing to worry, it is very common. monitor your SINP status, it will be changed once it will be in process. i have tried to explain the various sinp status in video , you can watch it for more clarity. All the best.
Help me on this I got ITA from SINP but Nomination is pending. My old ielts Clb is 8 which is going to expire on 26 October. I retake IELTS and score is at Clb 7. so do I need to update it in SINP and express entry profile. Will it affect my SINP and express entry profile due to new less score.
I think you should update in EE profile and wait for SINP. If your file is in process you don’t require to submit your New IELTS again at this time. Once you will receive nomination ,you can give updated EE profile details to obtain 600 points. I don’t think it will affect SINP process All the best

i think if they determined that it will not work that their decision is final , it will not be reverted.

it can be ADR too. you will surely get reply soon.
invoice tab is a part of internal process to check whether you have made payment with your credit card or not if you have applied without immigration consultant.
In conclusion, They will check for deficiency for each item, if they did not find anything and they are satisfied you will receive nomination.

Do you think the processing time of 42 weeks mentioned on SINP website is accurate? I mean these numbers are updated for the first quarter of 2022 and they usually reflect processing times from last year. Please share any info you might have. Many Thanks!
yes it is almost accurate not processing time each application.
but it is a average processing time so it means few applications can process lesser than 42 weeks ( which has accurate documentation) and other applications can be processed more than 42 weeks ( which requires additional documents)

wife qualification does not matter in sinp points system but you may get additional points at federal level for spouse IELTS exam.
yes you are correct your wife will become PR with you if you have included in your file.
but i would recommend that your spouse should appear in IELTS , it will help you in canadian citizenship and to start new course in Canada.

What if SINP(under EE stream) ITA received and document submitted and ADR received with in 60 days time limit and application is in “in progress” state with invoice tab disappeared and right after this , Ielts got expired.

SINP level, There is no issue with it as your IELTS was valid when you submitted the exam.
EE level, you need valid IELTS results. you need to reappear in IELTS exam so when you will submit your application to IRCC you have valid results.

yes you can apply in more than one province. but once you get nomination from one province you will have to withdraw your file from another province.
Sir 60 points people will get invitation fastly . How much time it takes to get invitation for 60 points person . Please intimate me .
60 points is just a cut off qualify for a draw.
SINP selects the candidate with higher points.
you can see cut off list for past draws on SINP website.
with 60 points there is a least chance to be get selected.
try to increase your points if possible

I applied for NOC 2282 have been selected on Sep 6 2022 and received invitation letter from SINP.
Now, I wish to change my NOC code from 2282 to 2171 it is worth mentioning that both NOC's were selected on Sep 6 2022. I.e. 2282 and 2171.
Should I resubmit my application and wait for next draw or I just change NOC code in SINP EOI portal and submit documents with fee.

After got a nomination from SINP, we applied for the SINP application process in the month of Feb 2021 with required documents through official SINP portal. Now my IELTS result is going to be expired in June 2021.
My question is, if my IELTS result will expire, my SINP application process will be continued? or it will be on hold till the submission of the new IELTS result.
SINP application is ok if you your results were valid at the time of submission but you need valid results at federal level.
so reappear in IELTS if you have not received your sinp nomination yet so you can submit your file to federal with valid ielts results.
There is no issue SINP application because when you submitted your file ielts results are valid.

If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, the employer will not consider your job application. Then how do we get a job offer. Do we still have to wait 1 year till we get PR?
yes correct, some employer requires that you must be living in canada , especially in saskatchewan.

Very informative video on SINP stages. My file is stucked at in process with invoice tab after ADR submission. It's been 12 days since ADR submission. Invoice tab reappeared after 5 days of submission. Generally ppl gets nomination in a week after ADR submission. Sir, please Guide

Hi, I am talking about Employee Provident Fund (EPF), which is managed by employer selected fund managers. Fund is fully available and paid to the employee after about 30 days after resignation.

but normally in Provident fund, you need balance certificate , pf statements form each month which can be downloaded from epfo website, uan card details and any other proof that proves that employer deducted your money.
you can follow similar menthod in your funds too.
objective is to show that you have funds in some institutions and you can access as per rules.

My old ielts Clb is 8 which is going to expire on 26 October. I retake IELTS and score is at Clb 7.
so do I need to update it in SINP and express entry profile. Will it affect my SINP and express entry profile due to new less score.
I think you should update in EE profile and wait for SINP.
If your file is in process you don’t require to submit your New IELTS again at this time. Once you will receive nomination ,you can give updated EE profile details to obtain 600 points.
