You will get 60 days to submit your SINP nomination file if you will receive ITA. so if You have 31 days old funds then you can submit your file on the 91th day, your funds will automatically be matured upto 3 months. you can create your SINP EOI profile if you have at least 31-35 days old funds as per the requirement. if that transfer is related to your POF , you should give details. if it doesn't affect your POF before or after deposit then it is ok. you should have minimum 3 months funds old otherwise your file will returned, you can't do anything in it.

You will have to inform them immediately and provide new reference details with evidence if your reference leaves company. If they sent email to your reference , if reference did not reply within the given deadline, then your file can be rejected and you may be banned for 2 years for sinp programs and services. However, if it happened, then you can raise second review request but it takes longer time.

examples like descrpency in documents, wrong credit card used to pay fees, past history of sinp and many more , if immigration officer feel that this details to be reviewed or verified or they find it suspecious. you can't access your sinp profile after submission, you may send an email. but there is no guarantee that sinp will accept it. sinp is very strict. if you have missed essential documents in your submission , your application will be returned and closed. it wil not go under in process. All the best

Becoz I do my bachelor in distance and during that period I am working. So is it ok that I show distance learning and that time I also worked. Can I show this work experience? Is it any problem?
Yes, Ditstance learning can be accepted if you can get Canadian equivalency from the designation organization such as WES, CES, IQAS, ICAS etc. if you were working during bachelor degree, you must be eligible to work in that occupation as per Canadian national occupational code (NOC) classification. All Factors are equally important like education, work experience, criminal history. it depends on your profile what factors affects your profile. try to submit maximum documents in order to avoid any surprise from SINP
65 is a good score but i suggest that you should try to increase the score if possible. Otherwise, you will have to for a some time. As per current trend, cutoff will not go less than 66-67 at max.
63 is less score. There are very limited Chances to get ITA with these points under current circumstances. pray for miracle to reduce the cut off score. All the best

What if the reference leaves the company? Will PIU contact us for an update again?

In future for PR application, You may need to prepare more documents such as a reference letter, Pay stubs of each financial year, bank statements of your salary account, tax documents and strong letter of explanation in case of any discrepancy.

you can't access your sinp profile after submission, you may send an email.
but there is no guarantee that sinp will accept it. sinp is very strict.
if you have missed essential documents in your submission , your application will be returned and closed. it wil not go under in process.

Hi. My wes is completed now and in IELTS I get CLB 6. Now I have one question that Is SINP accept distance learning education??? Becoz I do my bachelor in distance and during that period I am working. So is it ok that I show distance learning and that time I also worked. Can I show this work experience? Is it any problem?
Yes, Ditstance learning can be accepted if you can get Canadian equivalency from the designation organization such as WES, CES, IQAS, ICAS etc.
if you were working during bachelor degree, you must be eligible to work in that occupation as per Canadian national occupational code (NOC) classification.
So, kindly check the education requirements section of your NOC code.
If you meet the criteria and you can show the supporting documents for the same then you can go ahead.

Thank you Chaitanya for the watching the video. Normally, you will get email from SINP that you file has been transferred to PIU and after sometime you will get request for further evidence and documents from PIU.
sometime, when you ask for a status to sinp via email , they say that your file is with PIU, so it is taking longer time.

Sir i want to apply for SINP under NOC 2171 which is for IT analyst as i use to work in second shift from 5-12 pm as full time job in a local software house and sometimes working from home , besides i m also working with a wel known bank in morning from 9am -5 pm under NOC 6551 which is not valid NOC for applying SINP, can i apply by submitting my second job experience?

@@inderbirsingh2796 it is ok, as per IRCC requirements you need maintain at least 19836 CAD for three families members in your accounts for SINP and IRCC.
Anything more than this , it would be ok.

All Factors are equally important like education, work experience, criminal history.
it depends on your profile what factors affects your profile.

65 is a good score but i suggest that you should try to increase the score if possible. Otherwise, you will have to for a some time. As per current trend, cutoff will not go less than 66-67 at max.
What chances do i have with score of 63 in EOI application for getting PNP from SINP
63 is less score.
There are very limited Chances to get ITA with these points under current circumstances.
pray for miracle to reduce the cut off score.

I applied for a second review and I got an email from SINP PIU that after careful review of my request for second review, my application had been accepted for second review.
My application has been placed in the queue for second review and it is now SECOND REVIEW IN PROCESS.

you should not do anything at this stage. They will ask you more details if required.
you will get one chance to prove any discrepancy they found so for that they will ask you further documents if not requested.
