Hello sir, During the application process, I uploaded the required documents. However, I realized that instead of uploading individual documents separately for each field, I merged several documents into a single PDF file for certain sections.For example, under the "Status documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory)" field, I combined my work permit, study permit, and TRV into a single PDF file, selecting the work permit option. I did provide a comprehensive list of all documents included within the merged PDF in the document descriptions

Hi, Both! for WES, you need to have the report available before EOI and request a duplicate copy once you get PNP invitation.

it is acceptable if jobbank.ca has job posting of your role with same or lower wage than your current wage

I don't think it matters when you first entered Canada, all it cares about is how much Canadian experience you have. Also it depends on the stream of your choice. I hope it helps!

I completed a year in Canada this month. While I prepare to enter the express entry pool (awaiting WES & CELPIP results) via CEC, is it mandatory to have an EE profile before applying for an EOI with OINP? Please advise.
Hi, I am glad the videos are helpful. No, you dont need EE profile for EOI based streams as it is Non-Express Entry streams.

So, should we fill in all the information on the attestation form when we register for the expression on the same exact date, or can it be completed at any time prior to the invitation? Hi, any job offer stream requires employer letter, once invited you will only have 14 days. Without IELTS you cannot follow the steps, please watch the complete video, it will answer all your questions.

How do you determine the tenure duration if one has already worked in the exact same position (same employer but on contractual temporary terms) and was recently (less than a month ago) working in the same position same company but on a different job offer (a permanent one)?

Hi Raj, When we are expecting Non-EE PR portal videos from you because now a days provinces are issuing nominations in higher numbers so most of the guy's are looking for guidelines to create non-EE portals to file their PR applications after getting nomination from provinces.
And please do guide for how to include family with your PR application and do we need to print form imm5406 for hand signatures or the electronic is okay to submit.

you cant, NOA is not for a company, its a tax filing thing, you get it from CRA if you filed taxes.
I got Noi from OINP HCP. I’m currently working remotely for British Columbia employer from Ontario since one year. There is an option in OINp portal which is Employment in Ontario. It has two questions Do you have job offer in Ontario? And are you working in Ontario . I will select no as job offer in Ontario. But I’m confused if I have to select yes for working in Ontario or no since I’m working from home in Ontario since one year. Can you please let me know .
Hi, as long as your employer has an office in ontario, you can use that. As long as your employment record states that you are currently working remotely from ontario, thats should do.

Score is again increased to #549 .Now I have to accept the OINP invitation.

Hi, I am glad my efforts are helpful. Enough or not, It depends on the stream of your interest, you should be getting 0 points for clb 6, you can just follow the video and create EOI, it will automatically calculate.

Hi sir, i hope that you will notice my comment. I applied for Express Entry Visa under federal skill program thru immigration consultant agency in Dubai. Unfortunately, they were not so transparent about the whole process and they're not so responsive. I got a letter of interest from Ontario, but i am planning to decline the invitation for now and pursue it after i take and pass the NCLEX by the end of the year. You think that would affect my chances to receive an invitation from them again if i decline it? Thank you in advance

Yes you can definitely file on your own later, you can decline the invitation and recreate your express entry profile once you feel ready for the draw. It would not affect your chances. If you need guidance or help, please email raj@invest4k.com
OMG, thank you for answering, sir. I badly needed an honest and reliable answer. The consultant told me that if I declined the invitation, it would give them an impression that i am not so serious about my application to get PR in Canada. On my mind, i am thinking of declining it because i wanted to focus first to pass NCLEX, so by the time thati get my residency i can practice my profession as registered nurse.
That totally makes sense and they are definitely lying to keep money in the pocket. Rules are rules and ircc never assumes stuff. All the best with your journey, definitely take that license so you can start practicing once you get your residency :) As I said a new express entry profile is all you need to reset it.

Received Ontario HCP NOI with score 470. Now score increased to 484 due to spouse ielts. Should i remove spouse ielts from EE profile to bring CRS back to 470 before submitting OINP application?
I would suggest to contact OINP on call and let them know about your situation, ideally it should be alright but you might not want to take risk

1 - Just suppose, I already applied for the job, its NOC is 11111 job, after I got an invitation. I get an job offer, NOC is 22222. In this situation, do I need to refresh my expression of Interest, if yes, it mean my application will be reprocessing ?
2 - the last question, according to student stream, the English proficiency must be 7 or higher, but is there any limitation for express of interest. For instance, my celpip score is 6 in all chapters.

What do you mean you get only 14 days , why not 45days?
Because when you file EOI you confirm that you already have the documents available to you so when they approve you and you get invited, they restrict you to submit the information within 14 days, don’t ask me why, its the government.

Great content, I have question about multiple applications at same time. I already have an active application for Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream since DEC 17,2023. Now I have received Notification of Interest for OINP HCP and I am interested to move with HCP stream. Can I have multiple application same time or do I have withdraw my current application before applying for HCP nomination.

They will ask you this question in the application when you submit for hcp oinp and may increase processing time as now they have to be aware about both. Its not a written rule but observed historically. If they can give the information over email, that would be great as I have seen many times people get false information over call dont know why

Hi, To withdraw your application, click on the Withdraw button next to your file number on your main page of the OINP e-Filing Portal. if there is no withdraw button, create a new EOI
Can I enter two Teer level jobs and if so, how to do it?
One job was under teer 1 (currently not working) while studying.
And one was teer 3 (just got offer).
