My employer are going through all the requirements of the stream and one of thw job offer requirements is (no. 4) Position should be urgently needed to business. What about MNC employers that have multiple offices. I have a job offer from a tech giant that has offices both in BC as well as Ontario and have graduated from an eligible BC institution. The office that I will be joining will however be the BC one. Does that make me ineligible?

My daughter is completing her Pharmacy Technician diploma from Sheridan college in April 2024.
I hv calculated her point for oinp as per your video.
Her points are 61if she wii get job offer and without ielts.
She is currently work as Pharmacy assistant in Community Pharmacy in Mississauga.
1. Can we create her EOI profile just after her study in May 2024 with PGWP in applied status?

Hey Kubeir, I have 2 years of experience in which, I have 7 months of Butcher experience and for the same time period I have worked as a Drafter as well. So will I be eligible for the agriculture Draw since I have 6 months of experience? If I have 2 jobs at the same time, will it affect my ita? Can I just show one experience (Butcher experience), to be eligible for the agriculture draw? Or I need to show both of the experience and If I show both experience for same time period is it gonna affect my ITA?

OINP for job offer (international students) ,my question is: I am still on student status (1 year diploma) finished first semester and second semester will end in Apr2024 and we are allowed to work as full time till that , I found a job at noc 3 in Ontario and it is full time and permanent, will my experience be counted? Because 6 months of work experience worth 3 points so I am planning to start counting from now

I'm a Software Engineer currently working in Portugal. I plan on starting my MS in FALL 24, my company can allow me to remotely work from Canada during my studies. Can you please enlighten me on few questions:
1. Is there a 20 hour limit applicable on Remote work if I'm working for some company outside Canada? It is stated on IRCC site "You can work remotely for an employer outside Canada as long as you still meet the conditions of your study permit. This type of work doesn’t count towards your 20 hours per week off-campus work limit."
2. Can I continue my work from the day I land there? I read it somewhere that you cannot start working before your classes start. If that's applicable to my case as well, what should I do about it?

@burhanmaseel As long as you're not on the Canadian payroll it's not a problem. You can work on international assignments and I have seen people doing that. Hope this info helps. Cheers!

I graduated from my program April 22 2022, and I want to apply now for this OINP
I read somewhere that “Any person applying to this stream must have completed a Canadian educational credential within the previous two years”
Does this mean that now because I’m past April 22 in 2024, I don’t qualify anymore
Or does the statement just apply to the year in general (meaning since it’s still 2024, I’m eligible to apply)?
It's 2 calendar years from the date of completion, so now you will not be eligible any more

The statement I highlighted in my previous comment isn’t stated on the OINP website though, I saw it on the Canadian immigration law website (CANDIM).

only be ready and sent to OINP on April 1st, my 14-day day window ends on March 25th, would a PDF of the WES page showing the details of when and who the report will be sent to, along with an explanation letter further clarifying that, be satisfactory for ONIP until they receive my actulal ECA on the 1st? Or will they send my application back as incomplete?
I want to apply for OINP(met all eligible criteria) and my current CRS score is 437 also eligible under STEM category. My employer is ready to provide LMIA as well after that points will be 487. My work permit is expiring dec 2025. I am confused , should i go with OINP or take LMIA and go for that?

So I am doing my Graduate Certificate Program in Financial Technology at Loyalist Belleville, which is a "1 year" course officially but it is getting over in 8 months itself. I asked the same question from Chat GPT Iit says that it is eligible.
