You don't have to mention any petition based denials from USCIS. Only visa refusals which are from the consulate. IRCC has direct access to the US consular database

Hello Sir! I need one suggestion from you. I'm a SINP nominated applicant and awaiting for AOR since November 2020. Background/Declaration form I ticked I had FSW & TRV visa refusal in the past but didn't give detailed information like file number or other documents, actually I forgot to add that time. I thought I would raise the webform after getting AOR but now I have seen so many November, December 2020, early March 2021 applicants getting AOR. I was really worried if they would cancel my application on the basis of misrepresentation, so I raised a webform on January 5 including a letter (LOE) and form 5669 with added missing information. I got a response on January 19 that "We verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that the updated documents were received by the responsible office. If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you." It's mentionable that I got the TFN on June, 2021. But it's still my nightmare if they cancel my application on the basis of misrepresentation. Could you please give me some advice. Thanks!

Reading the definition of misrep we understand that it has to be on an important fact that might induce the officer in error and that officer might take a different decision if the denial is disclosed . It happened to me that my US Visa was refused but I didn't disclose that. After watching ur vedio I already informed this to ircc through rising webform & explained my mistake. I don't know what result is waiting for me. It was just 21 days I submitted my application and let them inform the issue by webform. I still haven't received any mail from ircc.

I was refused a US visitor's visa in 2017. This year, in June 2021, I applied to the UK for a visit visa and it was granted. Later this year, I had to apply for a UK Skilled Worker Visa. So I declared that I had a refusal in 2017 with the US, whereas it wasnt declared in my last VISA application which was granted. Can you please advise on what the implication could be based on the fact that it was not intentional to hide it in my Visitor application, which has now been disclosed. I have a concern, i had disclosed my US visitor visa refusal during my study permit application in 2020 august. I had UK visa refusal in 2020 november and in the same month i got my canada study permit approved. I came to Canada completed my studies got my pgwp. I applied for my TRV within Canada in 2022 April, i got my TRV approved. Today after watching the video I revisited my submitted TRV form and realized i had selected NO for any past refusal. I am getting eligible for CEC in July 2023 and will be applying for my PR. Currently i have no in-progress application with IRCC. Can you please advise the go forward plan of action ? Hi Sir, I have applied for a work permit two months ago. I have accidentally checked the box of No by mistake when I asked regarding the previous application. So, my application is refused and the reason for refusing my application is "You previously applied for and were refused a TR application which you did not declare. You, therefore, do not appear to be forthcoming in the provision of information surrounding your application. This negatively affects your credibility". Is this reason can be justified? If yes, how can I explain to the Visa officer that it was an accidental mistake becuase of the hurry in submitting the application? While it is not mandatory upfront, IRCC will ask for it at a later date.

Hello Sir! I need one suggestion from you. I'm a SINP nominated applicant and awaiting for AOR since November 2020. Background/Declaration form I ticked I had FSW & TRV visa refusal in the past but didn't give detailed information like file number or other documents, actually I forgot to add that time. I thought I would raise the webform after getting AOR but now I have seen so many November, December 2020, early March 2021 applicants getting AOR. I was really worried if they would cancel my application on the basis of misrepresentation, so I raised a webform on January 5 including a letter (LOE) and form 5669 with added missing information. I got a response on January 19 that "We verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that the updated documents were received by the responsible office. If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you." It's mentionable that I got the TFN on June, 2021. But it's still my nightmare if they cancel my application on the basis of misrepresentation. Could you please give me some advice. Thanks!

in nov. 2020 they canceled my that file, automatically they prepared the new at their end and asked me to get it link with my gc key account.
now the application i submitted showing cancel in the gc account and in the same gc account application submitted new date is nov. 2020.
what this mean to my file and to my processing?

Hi sir , on 12 aug I applied for study visa permit for canada and i made a mistake on form IMM 1294 ..there was a question that “ Have you previously applied to enter and remain in canada ?” And i selected No ..but in 2020 there was program IEP ( international experience program) which is held by my university and i applied for that and that time i and other many students applied for visitor visa with help of agency but due to covid - 19 the program was cancelled and all the applicant's visa application were withdraw .. I was done with biometrics as well as got UCI number that time .... but honestly i forgot to mention this thing in that form and now i realise that it is essential to mention that information

What if I did disclose only canadian past visa refusals but forgot to mention a past US visitor visa (later approved) on current PR application and on previous IRCC successful applications (study/work permit and TRV). Chances of getting charged with misrepresentation is very high?

after 2months I just realized that she inserted wrong dates in my first employment dates and my military service dates.
i wrote a webform in amendment of documents section and explained the situation while providing the right dates. There was no form like IMM5669 form.

It happened to me that my US Visa was refused but I didn't disclose that. After watching ur vedio I already informed this to ircc through rising webform & explained my mistake. I don't know what result is waiting for me. It was just 21 days I submitted my application and let them inform the issue by webform. I still haven't received any mail from ircc.

I was refused a US visitor's visa in 2017. This year, in June 2021, I applied to the UK for a visit visa and it was granted. Later this year, I had to apply for a UK Skilled Worker Visa. So I declared that I had a refusal in 2017 with the US, whereas it wasnt declared in my last VISA application which was granted. Can you please advise on what the implication could be based on the fact that it was not intentional to hide it in my Visitor application, which has now been disclosed. Also, my travel history has changed significantly since the last refusal as I have visited some countries without any criminal immigration record. Thanks

I have a concern, i had disclosed my US visitor visa refusal during my study permit application in 2020 august. I had UK visa refusal in 2020 november and in the same month i got my canada study permit approved. I came to Canada completed my studies got my pgwp. I applied for my TRV within Canada in 2022 April, i got my TRV approved. Today after watching the video I revisited my submitted TRV form and realized i had selected NO for any past refusal. I am getting eligible for CEC in July 2023 and will be applying for my PR.
Currently i have no in-progress application with IRCC. Can you please advise the go forward plan of action ?

Hi Sir, I have applied for a work permit two months ago. I have accidentally checked the box of No by mistake when I asked regarding the previous application. So, my application is refused and the reason for refusing my application is "You previously applied for and were refused a TR application which you did not declare. You, therefore, do not appear to be forthcoming in the provision of information surrounding your application. This negatively affects your credibility". Is this reason can be justified? If yes, how can I explain to the Visa officer that it was an accidental mistake becuase of the hurry in submitting the application? It’s not made on purpose, where I have submitted the biometrics that was required by the IRCC when I previously applied for a study permit and has been rejected due to missing documents, which is proved that I have admitted that my previous application was refused.
