I work in a Govt Job in India and my job experience during the last 8 years include roles and responsibilities of both 1221 and 1228. Even the Job reference letter mentions duties of both NOC codes. Which NOC code to select in such a case. Can the Visa officer be inclined towards other NOC and have adverse opinion ?
Hi Kubeir honestly you are such a ray of light especially in times of uncertainty so I made an express entry profile two times already and it’s always saying ineligible should I revoke my gc key again and create a new one and make a new EE profile? Thank you for your response.

I have a express entry profile CRS 484 create date Oct 2021. Based on the assumptions from the previous few videos, I should be receiving the ITA by the end of September. Should I maintain the current profile till then or create a new one right away?

Wow. 🌹 You should wait with the same profile, you will not have to wait for September, you are gonna get your invitation within 2 or 3 draws, and you are also considered for Tie break rule to be prioritize

When you're ignoring Alberta, a province where people are getting NOI based on a lower score, then Its recommended that you tell this stream and option to your potential viewers as well so they know. For instance, you're saying 450 CRS has no chance... you're right but tell them for Alberta, you may have the chance. Government of alberta's website clearly shows low score of CRS of even 300 are being invited, though small in numbers, but the chance is there.. especially for someone with CRS score of lets say 400 but with a Alberta connection in the form of lets say a relative?

Can you share some insights into a recent SINP System error message emailed.
They asked to cancel EOI and resubmit because of a system error and also indicated that there will be PNP draw on July 7. Is this a common system error? Any insights?

Hello Mr. Kuber, My seven old son's study visa was commented as inadmissible due to a medical condition and it is with secondary medical panel. We got to know this after we filed an ATIP. The current status is under medical examination review. It's been more than 8 months now. Could you please suggest what can we do about this? I'm currently on closed work permit in Canada and my family in India awaiting our elder son's visa. We did provide a letter from the doctor about his expenses not crossing more than $20k/year as he is mildly autistic. Thank you!

Hi sir. I have a question. I have received noi from Ontario on 9th june. Need to submit docs and application within 45 days.
My noc is 4031.secondary teacher.For the employment reference letter, my employer agreed only to give reference fr the year i became a permanent employee. I was the french teacher of that college since 2014 and got permanent in 2017. When I requested her to mention that i was working for them since 2014 she only agreed to put it as assistant French teacher which i understand would fall into a different noc. But still i performed all duties as the only french teacher (not an assistant)
How can i rectify this situation? When j created my profile i entered work experience from 2014 for noc 4031. Can i now change my year of experience starting from 2017? Will it affect my NOI? Or shoudl i just provide a LOE ?

Kubeir - I have been a ardent follower of your regular videos since it has been very analytical, clear and concise and informative. But these days the edited version of the same videos seems to keep appearing on a daily basis and it looks like an overdose. Forgive me if my observation is wrong. With regards to other options regarding people with lower CRS Score I would have assumed that you would give an unbiased opinion without assuming that Canada is the ONLY place one can plan to migrate and that one should probe various options to achieve this migration to Canada only. If you know that people can also look at other beautiful countries similar to Canada to migrate, you can advise them so although it may not be within your service area nor would it be beneficial to you. Countries in Europe such as Germany, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands etc. are providing pathways to PR. If migration to a country of better opportunities is ones goal then one should probe other avenues. I know that your interest is to advise on Canadian immigration. But having seen that your videos are more unbiased I thought you could suggest this too to your well wishers and clients even if it doesn't benefit you in person. After all it does not hurt to provide a service and a valuable advise if it will benefit another person - not all one does should translate to personal benefit.

Only if they conduct CEC draw, which in my opinion may not happen
learning french to the level of giving TCF and passing with band 7 will take years to happen. French is okay for people who have time to apply to Canada and it won't harm their scores if they apply late. but for people who are under urgency, french isn't a good option at all. TCF is similar to IELTS and even after learning English since childhood, one can only manage to score 7 and above in IELTS. You need a minimum of 3 years to learn french properly and another few years to be good in all parts speaking listening reading writing. plus the fee for TCF IS 30000 INR so definitely, you need to be damn good in french and sure that you'd get band 7 otherwise its a complete waste of money.
actually there are a lot of people who have been to start from scratch and ace the French language exams in 14-18months. Its a lot of hard work but not impossible

I see in the checklist that I will need to provide valid work permit but as the circumstances are changed, my work permit got expired in the month of December.
And there is no portal yet for the extension.

No. You can't file for PCC (I'm assuming Indian PCC) with expired permit. You need to be in status to file for PCC. Visitors to Canada can file for Indian PCC if they are filing for work permit or PR application in Canada in exceptional cases
Hi,my score is 442,I am planning to go for a study permit but I am being told that as I have an EE profile I will not be granted study permit.
My question is should I delete my profile and go for study permit?or it will be rejected anyway because the data will always be there?

Hi Kubier, Do the job offer need to be verified by IRCC or is it ok with normal offer letter from employer to add points in CRS?
It needs to be accompanied by LMIA or be closed LMIA work permit

Hello sir . Have one question. I got NOI on old express entry profile in feb and then have to make new profile due to expiry of old express entry profile which I submitted with expectations. Is that fine ! Will they consider new express entry profile !?
If it's for ON or SK then yes they will consider. Ask province to link the nomination to your new profile

I don't see 450s happening anytime this year or next. Plus we do not know how Bill C19 will have an impact

No, for fsw only B1 and higher and that too only if your certificate is TEF or TCF
Some pnp programs grant points for A2 though

Can it be the random draws one after another? Like one draw of no program specified, one from CEC and one from PNP.. otherwise max. number of international students may not fall under the high CRS score.
To start with I expect it to be an all program.. With bill C19 looming there wud be category based draws anyways.
