Canadian employers will not take headache of filing LMIA jst for bringing foreign workers to canada instead they will look for someone who is already in Canada
Is it possible to get a work permit without work experience. Because their are jobs in Canada like labouring work(fruit picker) don't require work experience. In fact this employers are willing to train.

Can he apply for a full-time job?
And If he gets a job offer, can he apply for PR under the BC Tech Pilot scheme / other PNPs making use of this job offer?
