    Canada has been my dream country to immigrate all my life as skilled worker, I tried severally but visa was denied, my in-law referred me to an Authorized immigration consultant, I was skeptical about immigration consultants because of there fraudulent act but I decided to give him a try, I contacted him and started my work visa processing with Mr Jared William, he guided me all through luckily my visa was approved. I migrated successfully from Africa to Canada January 2022

    according to this video i think the speedy way to get to canada is to marry a Canadian citizen .but again the problem is of finding a bride...LOl

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  7 лет назад +9

      It's not necessarily faster - depends upon where the spouse is, for example.
      The application is also really, really difficult and complicated. And if they don't believe the relationship is legitimate, well you are basically out of luck.

    • @animated6875
      @animated6875 7 лет назад +7

      no i am talking about legitimate relationship i mean real marriage and why it is complicated, how much time it takes? i think the only task is finding a spouse and once its done i think the rest is easier because for other visas the process is difficult and you have to convince the visa officer as well ,but i think marriage is a straight forward thing you dont have to prove any thing ,all you to have to do is to just produce marriage contract...what u reckon

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  7 лет назад +1

      Well, they just lowered the "Inland" processing time goal to 12 months (it used to be 26 months). "Inland" means both sponsor and sponsored spouse are legally in Canada.
      For "outland" (spouse outside of Canada), it depends upon the visa office processing the application.
      You do have to prove the relationship, even with the marriage certificate. Have a look at this picture of a sponsorship application: www.immigroup.com/images/news/Spousal-Sponsorship-Application-1W.jpg

    Hi, I'm living in Viet Nam. I'm very interested in the unskilled workers programme. My husband wants to get a visa work permit as an unskilled worker. He and family will move to Canada at the same time. And then we try to get PR to immigrate if we have all conditions of government. Please give me an advise clearly. Thanks so much and best regards!

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  5 лет назад +2

      There is no "unskilled" worker program. There are "semi skilled" programs in some of the provinces. You can try to get a an unskilled job offer apply for a work permit, but that could be quite hard.

      Yes, the only way you are going to get a job offer from a Canadian employer is if you know somebody. If you are uniquely skilled you might be able to get one without knowing the right person.

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  7 лет назад

      Hi,
      If your job offer is indeed exempt from an LMIA, then it's time to apply for a work permit. However, VERY FEW jobs are exempt from LMIAs so, if it's not, your Canadian employer needs to apply for one before you can apply for a work permit.

    • @immigroup

      Banking is good. Management in banking is much better. It helps if you have relevant education. You can complete an Express Entry profile just for fun to see what your points are. Then you can work on increasing your points over the next 5 years.

    Thank You for this information. I'm currently in University completing a Bachelor Degree in History.
    Would you recommend I apply to move to Canada on a Work Permit, or work a few years in my home country and then apply?
    Or apply for a College and gain a 2nd degree or Certificate, then apply for work?

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  4 года назад +1

      You're right, those are your options. What you should do depends in part on where you are completing your degree and how that school is viewed in Canada.
      It's pretty unlikely a Canadian employer is going to hire someone with a BA without any work experience (unless you know someone). If you have a Canadian master's degree or post grad certificate, though, that might be a different story.

      Silver John could you please let us know what is LMIA!

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  7 лет назад +5

      Yes, basically that's what an LMIA is: permission from the government for a business to hire a foreign worker because no Canadian is available. The strictness of it depends on the industry and the region (and what the government believes to be true about those things).
      Speaking another language would be an asset, particularly if the business serves clients who speak that language.

    • @klara9794
      @klara9794 7 лет назад +1

      Immigroup Inc thank you very much for answering, I think every government has the right to decide who to let in and on what bases ,the truth to me is a different motto in life :I choose the person and I know that if I have the right one, that person can do anything is needed to do ....
      I know that some values can't be bought or found cheep ,even in the best universities, (nonetheless they help a lot) or with sacks of money as well.

      @@JoelSouto So whether or not it's enough for an employer really depends upon that employer. You should definitely try contacting barbershops, but maybe there's a website out there that has more information for you. I honestly don't know if there's a barber or salon association or anything like that, but if they exist they might be able to help you. Are you a noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/Profile.aspx?val=6&val1=6341&ver=16 or more of a noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/Profile.aspx?val=0&val1=0651&ver=16 ?

      @immigroup  5 лет назад +1

      @@JoelSouto I'm sorry to say I have no idea what site to use.
      Some employers find it a real hassle. It really depends upon how desperate they are for the employee. There are likely many communities in Canada who are under-supplied with trained barbers, but I'm sorry to say I wouldn't know which they are.

He was forced to attend training/schooling. During those training, his right arm was paralyzed from his college days injury and needs an immediate surgery and which already done.
    He is not yet fit to work. Thus his working visa maybe rebuked and be deported even if he have a 3 yr stay in his visa. Why does employer approved his working visa without actual test before allowing to go to Canada, then just deprive him to work in any capacity?

    From the sound of things applying for a work Visa isn't the way to go in my situation. I'm 19 years old with basic job experience and no form of education past American High School. I plan to visit a friend in Ontario and see what the options are for living there, but is the only real option going through schooling or marriage? And how long will it be before I'm able to work once those are sorted out. For example, say I marry a Canadian citizen and I go through all the processes. How long will it take to gain residency and the ability to work?

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  6 лет назад

      Yes, going to school in Canada is the best option unless you have a legitimate relationship with a Canadian. If you go to school in Canada, you need to study in a program for a few years, graduate, then work for at least a year in a skilled job before applying for PR. So it will take some time.

    Visa agencies & immigration lawyers in my home country tell me that IRCC does not recognize or consider self employment experience... this just basically nullified 2.5 years of my work experience which i thought would have made me eligible for Canada :(. So much for encouraging entrepreneurship right?
    Is this factually correct though? Can't self employment experience be validated in any way?

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  5 лет назад

      They generally don't consider self-employed experience for Federal Skilled Worker, that's generally true. There is a self-employed immigration category but it is not open to most people. There is also a business/entrepreneur category but this has a very high monetary threshold.

      But mostly likely you'll need a job offer from a restaurant or hotel, and something called a Labour Market Impact Assessment, and you'll have to apply for a work permit.

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  6 лет назад +2

      Three million homeless families? Where did you get that number? When you say family, that usually implies more than one person, so you are trying to tell me that there's 6-12 million homeless in Canada? That's 1/6th to 1/3rd of the population. A quick google search suggests the number is 200,000 or so. Maybe give that a try.
      Immigroup is three Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants out of the thousands in Canada. Immigration policy is set by the federal government. We merely try to help people navigate their way through the bureaucracy.
      The Illuminati only exist in the minds of people who do not accept complexity in the world.

      The true unemployment rate is 33 % in Canada, not 7% like the Government says, Re. people who never found jobs or people who's unemployment insurance ran out and they never found jobs. The Government doesn't talk about them, they are forgotten. The Illuminati owned Government Stooges only care about mass Immigration and so called Refugees. I will leave the 3 million link in the next comment.

    • @immigroup
      @immigroup  6 лет назад

      "With over 3 million families at risk of becoming homeless, it’s never been more crucial that we do something about it." Language matters. Also, I am taking government statistics over advertisements every single time.
      The true unemployment rate? The jobless rate is at a 42 year low right now. www.cbc.ca/news/business/statistics-canada-jobs-december-1.4474326 Where did you get the your "true" rate from? Another RUclips video?
      I understand you are one of these people who thinks statistics are lies, so let me try another tact: I don't know where you live, maybe there are a lot of unemployed there. But I can tell you that if 33% of the people where I lived were unemployed...hell, if 17% of the people where I lived were unemployed, we'd know about it, we'd see the consequences of it.

Will this break up make my diploma equal to 'post secondary education'? Keep in mind that I did not complete my diploma AFTER 12 years of education, although I have 12 years of education.

      That's a good question and I'm sorry to say I don't know the answer. I think high school is accepted at high school (provided it's deemed equivalent to Canadian high school) and a college diploma is deemed superior (again, provided it's deemed equivalent to a Canadian diploma). I'm not sure the order necessarily matters, but I've never been asked this question before. You could try contact the ECA agency you're going to use.

      I'm sorry to say you must have legal status in your country of residence to be accepted. So you either need to travel to your home country and then apply or try to enter Canada as a visitor and change your status once here. The latter is certainly riskier if you need a visa to come here.
