Hello, on behalf of my nephew, his PGWP is expiring in May, he has a permanent high wage job Teer 1, NOC 41400, for almost a year now, with a big company in Ontario, what can he do to maintain his status and keep his job? He already has an ITA from the OINP International Student job offer stream (score 85), and he is in the process of completing his application documents to submit within the 14-day deadline. But what concerns me is the timeline for the nomination which may not happen before his permit expires! That is why we are looking for any other possible option.
