I think I meet all the criterias to claim CRS points for the job offer except the one which says "employer agrees to employ me 1 year after the PR application is approved". I am not really sure if any company can I write such a clause because it's hypothetical. Can I claim points without this particular clause?
You will need to have a letter from the company specifying you will be under their employment after you get PR. This is tricky, so just get your offer letter which mentions the numbers of days which has to be around 1.5 years from current date considering it takes 6 months to issue PR and by that time it shows one year of guaranteed employment. This is purely my opinion as I am also on the same boat as well.

You can not obtain CRS points for a job offer if you are working on an open PGWP. Your name would need to be added to the LMIA if it is a Permanent LMIA before you can use it to claim CRS points.
