My Canadian Education and Job offer points are not included in the profile I created! Also, can I withdraw my application and resubmit it provided that I have received my UCI?
Thank you for the video, especially the previous one on PR that helped my children successfully transition to PR status. Now that we have achieved this goal, I hope you can also create a video about the step-by-step process of sponsoring parents for PR. Thank you so much.
Hello Raj, Thank you for the very informative video! I have a quick question: My spouse has a NOC B job, and we have already identified the NOC code that closely matches her role. Do we need to obtain an experience letter from her company outlining all her responsibilities? What happens if not all of her responsibilities match the selected NOC code? How does the process work after we receive the invitation, and what kind of documents are required to prove her NOC job? Thank you for your guidance!
Que : I recently got rejection for CWP on 6th dec (Friday) and gone out of status immediately, But came to know on 10th Dec.(Tuesday) So, technically I worked a few days beyond the eligibility. Will that be a concern? Can I put 6th dec as end date instead of 10th?
Thanks for this. When you have a Canadian masters degree and a bachelors degree from your home country, do you need an ECA for your bachelors degree so as to maximise the score?
If you have a Canadian masters, you are already getting highest score possible for education, you don’t need ECA for bachelors , personal experience :)
I am in Canada with my family, what if I’m applying in CEC but not including my spouse. Still, do I need to include my number of family members in FAMILY section?
They are not asking if they are coming with you to Canada or not. If you have dependents, you need to show enough income to support them in Canada or outside accordingly. So, Yes! www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html
Hi, I have a question on education level. I have completed my chartered accountant degree from India which is equivalent to bachelor’s as per ECA. However I have also completed my CPA in Canada which is technically a professional designation but as it’s a Canadian course it wasn’t verified through ECA. Should I submit highest education as In masters or professional designation category or in bachelors.
(For “professional degree,” the degree program must have been in: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, or pharmacy.)
@ Thanks for your answer. While I go through Ontario website it includes CPA there but as you r mentioning below licenses. Did you refer any particular page? I trust your judgement but just wanted to know better as professionals degree can give me additional scores.
Hi Raj..new subscriber 😊 your videos are very informative and helpful..I have a question that my husband just done his studies from Seneca college (1+1 diploma in hospitality management) now he has taken AZ license and planning to move to trucking is it possible for him to be eligible in international students stream as a truck driver? Your assistance will be highly appreciated
I have a question. I have an undergrad and postgrad from a university outside india. And a post grad inside canada. But i want to apply by using the education i did outside canada since its healthcare related so how do i proceed with entering education details ? Do i add all the education i did so far or just the one from india then ?
Healthcare draws are based on job and not education. You can add all your educations in the education section to be counted, points are based on highest degree and not which degree.
@@invest4k thankyou for the quick response.i have one more ques, in the same scenario how does it work for work experience then ? Cz my work experience outside canada is something i want to use cz its tier 3 but im working in canada also under teer 4 i guess . So do i add both work experience then ?
Hi Raj thanks for this video even your last one was also so helpful..I am following your video for my sister’s application. She has 2 years back-home experience as a HR assistant but I am unable to find the best NOC category for this job. I have selected the Personnel clerks which is under teer 4!! Will she get the points for this experience or not???
@ thanks for your quick response..can you suggest personnel clerks would be the best option to choose for Human Resources assistants which I have selected or I can select any other similar options which fall under other teer levels??
on passport my name is written in the given section for all applications like express entry profile, pnp profile, for work permit and for any other immigration document can i put my full name in the surname section is it ok or not

Very informative video. If I have Master's from Canada and bachelors from India, do I need to add in the details for my bachelors as well?
Yes but ECA is not needed for bachelors
With the new announcement, will the LMIA exempt Job Offer points be removed too?
Most likely in Jan if Marc Miller still exists as an immigration minister.
How do I claim points for two or more certificates in the education section of express entry profile, as it shows differently in crs score calculator?
add your education. (2 or more)
@@invest4k But there is no option for 2 or more as described by you in level of education.

Thank you for this detailed video raj. Is my PMP certification eligible for the Canadian certificate of qualification?
please watch the video carefully, I have explained which certificates are eligible. Yours is unfortunately not.
