Hello sir
I need a suggestion. Ny wife is principal applicant. We are planning to apply in foreign worker stream for our PR. The main concern is she started her job(part time+ full time)from September 15,2022 but she is in maternity leave from September 1st 2024 but her working workers is more than 3500 in same noc level as i found “”(Full-time work experience means working in a job with at least 30 hours of paid work in a week that amounts to at least 3120 hours of paid work over a two years)””. Will her time period be considered as two years and can i go through this.

I got invitation and refused because of reason saying that I don’t have experience in Same NOC for 2 year.
For Foreign worker Stream it has always been two years

Its is true a clb english level not required but is yrue if you dont apply with over clb 7 you will be never be elegible because there are nore people with More poi ts than you dont sale false expectations
Thats misleading information but there are certain draws which comes in brackets so if you have more CRS then the bracket then ultimately your file will not be picked up but CLB is not just the only factor in your CRS

But my concern is how long it will take after receiving Nomination to ITA-PR?
Once the nomination is approved then its a non express entry PR file which can be lodged right after PNP approval
When you talk about work experience, does the job have to be of same NOC teer or same NOC code? Can a person have experience in any job in Noc Teer 2 with a different code (example worked as a software developer, now working as a Database admin)?
To meet the work experience requirement, you must have at least two years of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in the same occupation (same National Occupational Classification code) as your job offer.
Hi, Im currently working in India and in Express Entry Pool. How can I get my Ontario PNP. When I seek for offer letter the 1st employers ask is whether im in Canada or whether I hav Canadian experience or whether I have a PR. But if i go for PR again i need PNP or LMIA to boost my score. in other words, the Expression Of Interest and the Job Offer Letter are applied together? if so, is there a process where ill quickly be given permission to go Canada and start work until my application is done? so the employer wont have to wait for many months?

Once your PNP is approved you a letter along with that to apply for Work Permit mean while your PR application will remain in Process.
P.S - We are talking about this particular category of OINP

what if I don't have the work experience?
For Foreign worker stream experience is must but if you have studied here then you may be eligible for International student stream which is without mandatory work experience requirements. Watch our other video on that stream
