I'm so happy to hear of others (like me) that went through the larger portion of their life without knowing what real, true love is like, or all about. I'm 67 now and just when CoVid was peeking in 2020, unexpectedly on a website (that was not geared towards finding relationships), an average back-&-forth conversation between a certain gentleman and myself begun. Long story short, we weren't looking for anyone & each gave up on that possibility in our lifetimes. We got married in March of this year (2024), and holy mackerel, this man turned out to be everything (& more!!) that I could've dreamed of. Never, ever, ever let anyone try to convince you that love isn't out there, waiting for you, or you're not good enough. You are! And that's the most important part. When I was young I fell in lust/love at age 15! I thought he was the one overlooked all of the signs, his insane jealousy! Married him anyway & paid dearly for it. Even though we were both born-again Christians. I thought that would solve all of our problems! It helped. But the heartaches & tears kept coming. Even with all of that said. I know Even though he wasn't my true soulmate he'd never have survived without me. So that & having our 6 children help to ease the 💔 ♥ I lived with for 58 of the 60 years we were together. The part that hurts most is, it didn't have to be that way. But he was too stubborn to change. Now here I am at 80 in love with the most wonderful man ever. And he's in England & I'm here. So many obstacles in our way. But he persists & making the effort to let me know. That no matter what, WE, he & I, are a couple. Us apart, or together! We are solid in God's eyes. And that's what matters to us the most!
Please don't give up hope. God does have greater plans for those of us who love & live FOR HIM! I know, my time is now! Praying for you all! Please pray for me! Matt 18:20 & Nehemiah 8:10 " For the joy of the Lord is your strength." Amen 💕 🙏
How wonderful . I'm 74 had 2 marriages, 1 ended in divorce (27 yrs ) the other passed away after 9 yrs. Next a 17 yr. relationship. Almost at it's end. I have accidentally, believe I have found my knight in shining Armour. We haven't met yet, that's coming in Oct. I've told my family about him, except his age. He's 55. We text every day sometimes for hours. He has asked me if I would live with him. I've heard it all. He makes me laugh . Am I stupid to continue this internet relationship? I'd really appreciate honest replies. I feel like 50. I haven't smiled and laughed so much since meeting him. And he's very handsome. Thanks to anyone who replies 💞

We shared our true love for 16th yrs of marriage But he left me forever to heaven at the age of 75yrs old due to a deadliest glioblastoma brain cancer this year 2024. I found the love of my life , my soul mate my happy ever after ❤I was only 23 and I had 2 boys ages 3 and 1 but he didn’t mind .
We got married in 92 after 5 years of being together, and he treated me like a queen and took good care of me and my boys.
He was my first love and we would snuggle up with each other and just have fun .
We would go to the park and walk around it a couple times till his hips started going numb and he went to the doctor and he ordered blood work and his PSI was out the roof so it was time to do a biopsy of his prostate and it came back cancer, oh my mercy by the time it was caught it was in his hips and spine.
I was devastated and crying so hard .
And in 2006 it was pretty much all threw him even in his brain, we lost him in 2007 and I just wanted to die , lost my mama in 2006 .
I just knew I’d never love another like I did him .
But 1 found love again with his good friend , the one I talked about up top .
But you know there isn’t any way to love someone else like you did your first love ❤

Isn't amazing how so many people in here? Their stories are almost the same mine. The guy that I.text, he's on the West Coast. I'm on the East Coast. The 3 hours difference.
