Long Vũ Great question! Obviously, your pair of heavy bag gloves should not also be used for sparring, boxers always use 2 separate pairs of gloves. Whatever you choose, these gloves are great for either sparring or bag work.

Are they durable?

For the price, yes they are durable. You can expect about a year out of them if you're hitting the bag almost every day. If you're only using them a couple.times a week, they'll last even longer
