I'll say it here and I'll say it on Reddit... Sparring gloves are for SPARRING ONLY. Do not beat your sparring gloves down by hitting the bag then go punch someone's face.

Adam Good catch, man. You're right and I should have made it clearer in the video: Although Cleto Reyes are a glove that is good for either training *or* sparring, DO NOT use the same pair for both. Use your pair of sparring gloves for sparring, and training/bag gloves for training/bag work. I left a comment on Reddit clarifying this as well.
