Hey Albert. 1. Have you tried to output from this device the the Android Crystal Sky Monitor? 2. Don't have an android device to retrieve a zip file for updating this device...any suggestion? 3. Has anything else that's similar come onto the market since this device came out? 4. What kind/brand/size power bank do you recommend to power this device?
I don't have a crystal sky monitor but I think you can get the files from the support page linked on the product page. I have not seen anything similar yet. Any power bank will work as long as it's USB-C with PD 3.0 and can deliver the wattage. I think about 50W will be more than enough.
@@AlbertKimTV I keep looking at all those wires as points of possible failure. If I can find a deal on the Smart Controller I think I'd grab it. Maybe something else will come along.
Hey Albert, if I had an extra pair of DJI V1 goggles...could they receive the visuals wirelessly?...without have to plug in any cables? (other than power)?
Hey Albert , was wondering what monitor options are goog to go with and others to stay away? I've looked through Amazon, ebay, aliexp, craigslist, offerup, market place. There are quite a few options. What do you reconmend so I won't regret it later on. Thanx.
There's way too many out there to offer a specific recommendation. I'd suggest looking at reviews of the monitors and make sure they have HDMI-in and the correct resolution to match this box (see specs on the product pages).
Thank you for the great tutorial video. I just purchased one with the latest firmware and honestly it was really easy for setup, we gonna have FPV event tomorrow, hope it really works as should
@HDBoy what exactly did you use it for? I'd like to be able to livestream my flights on Facebook or Instagram or even youtube. Do you think that's possible?
@@GorditoBanditoFPV I use this device on my ground station, show up my flight on the monitor screen. It has mini HDMI and USB-C display port so you need some device to connect them and stream the video feed.
I have had mine for 2 years. I haven't been able to move from the menu screen. Do I need a keyboard ? Or a touch screen ? Axis customer service is useless

Thank you for working through all of that! I guess if you need it, you will get it. Good that someone is innovating.
Thanks for watching! Yeah, definitely not for everyone but could be useful for some people.
Can this be connected to a tv?
Yes

Wow thanks Albert! I just need to see a video on the hdmi monitor, no touch!! Is it possibile to skip all those functions?
It works on an ordinary HDMI monitor but you'll have to use a keyboard to navigate the interface.
@@AlbertKimTV ok thanks, but how the keyboardf (or a mouse?) will comunicate with the unit? bluetooth?
Where did you get the Update file? I bought my HD BOX didn’t come with any instructions.. please help
You have to contact their customer support.
Neat little device. Hope there is a version that's wireless in the future!
Wireless from the goggles? Isn't that up to DJI?
Awesome review, Albert! 😃
Pretty interesting little device!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks, you too!

Great to hear!
Did it work as it should?
@@GorditoBanditoFPV Yes, it's works well for me, no issues at all.

What if I try to use an 03 air unit for it?
Not compatible with O3 system... only the first gen DJI FPV system.
I use the v2 goggles with the original air unit. This works on the v2 goggles correct and that is all it needs to work?@@AlbertKimTV
hi albert, how about the display on the screen, is it delay?
Yes, the latency is over 100ms. You can't fly with it. Strictly for spectators.
What's the video latency? Can I fly to a monitor connected to this product without wearing goggles?
Latency is high so you probably not like flying through it.
Do a teardown to see what’s inside
😎
Your google foam is looking good. Where can I buy it?

Yes, you need a touchscreen or keyboard and mouse to navigate the interface.
I like the recording function. Another Great Leap Forward from a started community project.
