Yammy my brother it's just a matter of adapting to life clean from things it's a hard road but very possible.. I'm 14 Yr without a drink ,weed ,ecstasy, valium etc never took a drug till I was in 30s then went mad but now approaching 60 don't think the body could cope with 6 eeeeesssss and 100mg of valium with a case of beer 😅

I’ve been clean from drugs for 6 months best I’ve felt in a long time. But drink is so hard I’m glad I never liked drinking I don’t think I would be here now if I did it’s just a lot harder as it socially acceptable to drink it’s everywhere.
First got sober in 2014 but have had relapses, I'm currently 4 years sober. One day at a time yammy but if you're having those side effects it means your physically addicted and those symptoms are withdrawal. Alcohol is around the only drug that can kill when stopping . Wish you all the best. 💯✌️💚
