It still made me feel on edge of wondering what to expect. Even though I knew I was staunch. The first couple of days I was always on the ball what was going on around me. Once I'd settled in, it was all gravy. But I do believe that it was the best way to drop it. You always knew who to tread carefully around and how to conduct yourself. But I'd never let anyone take any liberties. Especially doing the whole 2 out of my borstal. Pure violence every day. But a proper experience and it held me in good stead for the rest of my 23 yrs behind the door. Great stuff you do Yammy. All the best.

I really believe that fear "if you can control it" can be used as a weapon. It helps quicken your thought process & even give you added strength and speed. Your decision making when your heart is thumping can be the main difference between winning & losing even when you're way out of your comfort zone.
