    How Tf are there people that get less than 10k steps a day? Even on my laziest days its like 9k

      Working a 9-5 desk job

      When I worked a 8-5 office job, I’d do my best to get up from my desk each hour and to use a 15 minute break for walking. I averaged 3-4k steps a day. I’m now a stay at home dad and average 10-12k.

      @@JuggernautTrainingSystems i guess but i feel like i sit a lot during the day and im a teacher / coach. Normal day is about 16-18k. I dont expect people to be that high. But 4 k or less a day is wild. And im still fat even with those steps!
